southbound 295 is slow down towards 197. this is an 95 at 543. no impact at all. so far so good at white marsh down towards the beltway. a nice ride on the west side with volume picking up at the northwest corner. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> we first looked at the radar. i have circled baltimore. in baltimore county, and into the northeast section of carroll county come we have some sprinkles. same in 7 carroll county. western howard county out towards frederick, as well. a spotty showers or sprinkle activity and around the district of columbia. there was more out to the west earlier but it is moving eastward. it is not very significant activity. in many cases, just some sprinkles. we will have that threat all day
long. at cambridge, a 55. parkton, 54. frederick, 52. most of our readings have been in the 50's. 51 in frostburg. the mild temperatures even out in western maryland. we have broken into a flow of air that reaches all the way up into upstate new york and parts of canada. this is running ahead of a cold front. 50's in ohio. 30's in minnesota. there is a cold front out to the west. everything is moving slowly in the atmosphere. shower activity is moving into our area. this has to dissipate before the cold front can move in. it will be a slow process that will take until wednesday morning until the front goes through.
it is out to the west. we do have a range chance. it is kind of far away today and it will move into the mound sunday -- we do have a rain chance. it will be -- it will move into the mountains. temperature today will be around 70 with mostly cloudy skies. some of you could see some sunshine breaks especially east and south east. a few sprinkles today. it will not be raining all day. not that kind of dead. 68 to 73 today. the wind will be 10 to 15 miles per hour. small craft advisories will be out on the bay said. most of the rain is off to the northwest. as we get into tuesday and tuesday night, the rain transit do go up. a cold front will be
