and southbound. this is 83 at shawan road. problem free. the j.f.x. is equally smooth into town. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> that notorious robocall case heads to trial today appeared among the list of witnesses is bob ehrlich. kim dacey joins us with details on the julius henson trial. >> julius henson was paid more than $100,000. he is accused of teaming up with paul schurick to come up with a strategy to keep black voters at home. the robocalls that went out were part of that effort, in violation of state election law. >> i am calling to let everybody know that governor o'malley and
president obama has been successful. >> according to filings, a defense expert will testify that by the time the calls went out, the race was already decided, suggesting julius henson says those calls pose no harm. on the witness list is henson himself. the trial is expected to begin today with hearings and motions henson argument by g that the argument against him is defective. >> possible delays in baltimore city after a sewer overflowed. crews were dealing with the spillage into the gwen's falls. this began on sunday.
crews were still working on it silverman yesterday. this kerrey was shut down yesterday -- this area which shut down yesterday. >> a store was robbed in bel air. police are looking for a white man in his early 20's. a series of attempted arson involving molotov cocktails. the homemade bombs were thrown into three houses in the liberty heights area on sunday. the fires were put up quickly and nobody was hurt. that has not eased the concerns of residents. >> it is a bad thing. >> it is scary because the it is so close to where i live. >> investigators believe the incidents are connected to a
string of incidents back in september. >> the supreme court will hear arguments over president obama's health-care overhaul. they will hear arguments next march and the court is expected to rule late june. the white house spokesperson said the administration is pleased the court has agreed to hear the case. it has been called on constitutional long before president obama signed it into law. fighting to keep pizza and french fries on children's menus. the usda will be forced to pull back on its attempts to limit potatoes and sodium. food companies that produce frozen pizzas rollick the congress to put a stop to the
