it will be a busy and chilly -- a breezy and chilly day. a big storm missed us to the south. no snow for us. indchills in the 20's. high temperature of 39. >> good morning. kind of a busy start. word of two separate accidents. eastbound 70 prior to the beltway involving several vehicles including a car hauler on the guard rail. it is behind the trees. it is not backing up traffic too much. he spent 70 prior to the beltway.

on the inner loop just past greenspring, watch for a possible accident prior to the j.f.x. looking pretty good on the north side. traffic is picking up in the outer loop as you travel towards the harrisburg expressway appeared the 83's checking out ok as is 895 at the harbor tunnel. major roads running smoothly. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> the anticipation is reaching a fever pitch as this purple friday raises the stakes to a whole new level. >> fan excitement is building and that includes the excitement of jennifer franciotti. good morning.

just like these officers out in howard county. many are getting ready for the game. check out this purple mohawk. this is from middle river. this fan is pumped up for the game. >> two police officers are recovered after an accident in south baltimore. the crash happened around 10:00 p.m. near amity bank stadium. investigators say a policemen collided head-on with another vehicle. the injuries appeared to be non- life-threatening. >> a compromise of sorts is reached that may allow pit bull owners to keep their dogs if

>> welcome back to 11 news today. 6:44. one person is recovering after a late-night house fire in north baltimore. this happened just before 11:00 p.m. last night. as a single-family home was found in engulfed in flames.

the upper level of the home partially collapsed. one person was suffering from smoke inhalation. two police officers are recovering after an accident in south baltimore. this happened there at m&t bank stadium. a police van collided head-on with the other vehicle. the injuries appeared to be non- life-threatening. a compromise can may allow pit bull owners to keep their dogs in their apartments. pit bull were labeled a dangerous breed making landlords eligible for damages caused by a dog bites. more a liability to the dog owner. it is help owners would not have to choose between their apartment with their pets.
