of that accident. he heard a crash. he thought the car may have wrecked into another vehicle. he and the person he was riding with went to check things out. i'll let him tell you what happened next. >> we saw them go in the water. >> this has been a joint effort for that search. the coastguard philly fire crew is checking it out right now. the witness saying the car was moving so fast he wasn't able to see what kind of vehicle it was or if anyone was inside.
