of that accident. he heard a crash. he thought the car may have wrecked into another vehicle. he and the person he was riding with went to check things out. i'll let him tell you what happened next. >> we saw them go in the water. >> this has been a joint effort for that search. the coastguard philly fire crew is checking it out right now. the witness saying the car was moving so fast he wasn't able to see what kind of vehicle it was or if anyone was inside.

we're expecting a update from rescue workers. when we get it we will pass it along to you. thank you, investigators expect to be back at the bucks county home today where 12 girls are found. >> they were down in the basement, hiding in the chicken coop. >> officers spent hours collecting evidence. lee caplin is charged with sexually salting one of the girls and they have two children. the girls lived in the basement and slept on air mattresses. the police got calls in the past, but they were not enough information to do anything.
