right now let's get to bill henley with his first alert neighborhood forecast. good morning, bill. >> it's veterans day and we'll see a nice wind blowing old glory pretty strongly today. the winds are already started, a southwesterly wind at 12 miles per hour in philadelphia, 48 degrees right now. 40s in the suburbs. 45 for pennsylvania, new jersey, 46 now in the lehigh valley. and sunshine will be bright in delaware, 48 degrees. we'll see a pretty good warm-up today. that southwesterly wind at 12 miles per hour still going at 6:00. and 16-mile-per-hour winds at 9:00. they become westerly during the morning. but they shift will this afternoon. so we're going to see the temperatures warm up. i expect them to peak around lunchtime. 62 in philadelphia, near 60 in the suburbs. and upper fifth for lehigh valley while delaware hit 62 degrees. 60s it at jersey and the shore. gusty winds this afternoon. i'll break down the forecast
