95 northbound at 476, it will take you accept minutes. six minutes in the opposite direction. i haven't been seeing any airport delays at philadelphia international airport. if you delayed your holiday travel and are headed back by air this morning. taking a look at new jersey drive times, route 42 freeway, headed northbound between 55 and the walt whitman bridge, it will take you about five minutes. same headed southbound. and taking a live look cherry hill, very light traffic. coming up, we'll take a look at your majors in pennsylvania. new this morning, a shooting victim is in stable condition at the hospital after being targeted at a bar in philadelphia. police say the shooting happened at 66th street and malvern avenue just before midnight. two men followed the victim from a nearby bar, opened fire and

then took off. police also tell us the victim was carrying two i.d.s showing different genders. investigators are now looking at surveillance video to track down the suspects. let's head now south jersey where a vacant home in camden went up in flames on north 32nd street around 3:30 morning. crews were able to get it under control quickly. fortunately no one was hurt. it's 6:03. 35 degrees outside. and today is cyber monday. millions of people will be looking for online deals and discounts. matt delucia is live at the amazon fulfillment center. matt, what is happening there? >> reporter: a lot is happening. a lot of boxes moving around. you can see behind me this is the amazon fulfillment center and some of the conveyor bells moving as we speak. this is a very big facility here in middletown, delaware. it is 28 football fields long. eight miles of conveyor belts. overall for black friday sales,

they admit it will be difficult to finish a recount by the federal deadline of december 13. jill stein is also expected to request a recount in pennsylvania. she has until 5:00 today to file the formal request. donald trump beat clinton in pennsylvania by more than 75,000 votes and that wide of a margin would not trigger a mandatory recount. president-elect trump blasted stein's recount effort and the backing by hillary clinton. he even tweeted, quote, in addition to winning the lector cal college and n. a landslide, i won the popular vote in you e deduct the millions who voted illegally. that claim is not backed by any evidence. donald trump's transition to president could include more cabinet appointments this week. in a key decision involves his choice for secretary of state. reports say it's between mitt romney and rudy giuliani. yesterday trump's campaign manager caused a stir by saying that the trump supporters will feel betrayed by his consideration of romney who was highly clinton karitical of tru

quarter after 6:00. new this morning, the victim of a shooting is in stable condition and police are piecing together clues to find the men responsible. it all started at a philadelphia bar. investigators say the two men followed the victim outside and then shot the person. pamela osborne is live to fill us in on the rest of the details. >> reporter: perhaps one of the biggest clues that police have to go off of right now is the

description of at least one of those suspects. according to the victim, police say -- or the victim rather told police that the victim was inside of a bar on 66 and lansdowne. when the victim left to walk home, two men exited the bar, as well and one of the two men started shooting, firing five shots at the victim hitting the victim once in the hip. and here is the description the victim gave police. the shooter was about 5'6" with a medium build, he has tattoos on his face. police tell us a nearby business had surveillance cameras outside and they're hoping that the cameras caught video images of the suspects. and they are working to identify the victim who was taken to the hospital with both male and female identification on them. reporting live this morning, pamela osborne, nbc 10 news.

it's 35 degrees out side. a 21-year-old fire captain is charged in the death of a 16-year-old junior firefighter. the teen was shot in the face last night about 45 miles outside of pittsburgh. the firefighters were able to -- were about to help with a holiday lighting ceremony when the teenager was killed. new let get to you work on this back to work monday. katy zachry is here to tell us what is going on. >> behind me is a live look at 476, the blue route at mcdade boulevard. so in this part of delaware county, it gets very busy as we head into the morning rush which we will see over the next hour. as you can see, traffic is pretty light though right now on 476. no major delays to report either north or southbound on that stretch of roadway. take a look at your 95 drive times. this is in delaware county, so

air. so we will have cold temperatures this morning. look at the 20s for the suburbs, lehigh valley. parts of the shore in the 20s this morning. at 35 in philadelphia, we'll warm into the 50s. and even coldest spots in the suburbs will warm into the 50s this afternoon. collegeville, right now 23. 24 in unionville. low defense for fort washington, new hope. bed minister at 28. so we need sunshine to warm things up and we'll get a lot of sunshine this morning. later afternoon clouds will come in from a storm that is moving through the midwest. that is rain moving through indiana and into ohio. but follow this back and that is the cold air, the center of the storm. this is whipping up the winds ahead of the storm, so we'll see a southerly breeze for today and tomorrow. and that will start a warming process. so even though tomorrow we're looking at rain, we're also looking at much warmer

temperatures for tomorrow. and with clouds moving in this evening, it could be fairly mild for the eagles game. not as chilly as last night. tailgate time, 53 degrees. we will see a few scattered clouds at kickoff and by the end of the game temperatures still holding steady in the upper 40s with temperatures not coming down much more. as far as rain, the forecast total is zero during the day today and tonight. early tomorrow, the rain will move in from the northwest, this is at 6:30 tomorrow morning. so about this time tomorrow, we'll see the rain moving in. and then on and off rain showers during the day by the time it tapers off tuesday evening, we'll see about a third of an inch in fifrl. closer to an inch in allentown. most areas below a quarter of an inch in south jersey. a few spots will wind up with more, close half an inch for voorhees. that is tomorrow however. today, sunny, completely dry. you will need your sunglasses and a warm jacket this morning. 54 this afternoon. clouds takeo oever this evening

6:25 right now on this monday. today thousands of cubans are expected to file past the remains of fidel castro in revolutionary square part of the nine days of official mourning that will end sunday with his formal burial ceremony. funeral plans call for castro's ashes to travel across the island after a mass on tuesday. the former cuban president died late friday at the age of 90. here at home, many are sharing their thoughts about castro. yesterday in center city, nbc 10 spoke to parishioners outside the spanish mass at saints peter and paul smp hope castro's death will help pave the way for cubans to thrive economically. >> maybe raul castro will have more of an open policy when it comes to self-employment and entrepreneurship which is something that will go a long way in developing the country

line out in the cold. >> some deals were canceled because of inventory issues. for advice on how to avoid scams, go to nbc10.com or just tap the nbc 10 app. this bucks kouptszity, a man hit by a car while work to go change shall be's flat tire is in stable condition. last night the man responded to a driver who called for roadside assistance along route 1 near fox court. according to police, the accident happened along the shoulder of a narrow road. the victim suffered broken bones and a head injury. investigators say the driver of the car that hit the man did stop at the scene. in south jersey, authorities are still sorting out a police chase that ended in a fiery crash with several people injured. the pursuit stretched from camden county to burlington county. and ended with a seven car pileup. at least one car caught on fire. the injuries were minor. officers have arrested the

suspect, but no word on the charges. developers will take a walking tour of a philadelphia neighborhood are targeted for revitalization. the plan covers an area of cobbs creek where the police bombing and fire during the 1985 standoff devastated some home. the city is inviting developers to submit ideas for rebuilding the area. penndot will start repairing the broad street bridge at roosevelt boulevard later this morning. it's expected to take two months. crews will work daily from 9:00 to 3:00. if you're driving in the area, allow for extra time because of lane r lane restrictions. the annual camp out for h hunger campaign is in the parking lot of at xfinity live. they will be there until friday collecting food. last year listeners filled more

chilly. temperatures really came down overnight. fortunately, we're in for sunny skies today. so we will wind up with a warmer day than what we saw yesterday. into the middle 50s this afternoon. but during the late afternoon hour, you'll start to see high cloud, clouds moving in this evening. so if you're going to the eagles game, clouds will keep some of the heat in from during the day. right now cold in the lehigh valley and suburbs, below freezing in delaware. and look at south jersey at 23. there are some neighborhoods in philadelphia that are chillier than others. 20s for park side and andorra, chestnut hill at 28. just shy of 40 in center city, but below freezing for others. so sunshine is up at 7:01. so at 8:00, we'll see bright sunny skies. still cold at the bus stop. atlantic city at 40. trenton and wilmington at 35.

this is 8:00 this morning. we'll see sunshine for most of the day. we will warm into the fefts this afternoon. clouds that you see late in the day and tonight are coming courtesy of a storm that is producing mainly rain to our west. the snow is way back here with the center of the storm, we're not going to get the colder air. we'll crust get the opposite. while the back edge is drawing cold air from canada, the front air is drawing warmer air up from the south from the deep south, so we'll see the temperatures soar for tomorrow even though the rain will be coming down. this is 8:00 this evening. look how far the rain is from us. but that changes overnight tonight. the rain will be moving in first thing tomorrow morning. so fortunately it stays dry and pretty mild, too, for the eagles game. temperatures in the 50s at tailgate, just shy of 50 degrees at kickoff and end of the game holding if he haddy with not much wind. it will be out of the southeast below 10 miles per hour. and then the rain moves in
