at least two gunman are still at large after a mass shooting in willcons burg, pennsylvania. four of the victim, three females and one male, died at the scene. a fourth female was pronounced dead at the hospital. policeho say there were multiple gunman. >> there's ballistic evidence that leads us to believe there's at least two people that discharged weapons into a backyard party or cookout of some sort. it looks like they were there fleeing towards the back door of the residence when the second gunman fired from the side of the yard and they all seem to get caught on the back porch. >> no motive is known at this time and the gunman are on the loose and police are asking for the public's help. at least three deaths are being blamed on a series of storms that have been battering the gulfat coast and the south. 25 million people under the

have been evacuated. some of the worst flooding is in louisiana. where the governor declared a state of emergency. and it hasn't stopped drivers from trying to cross dangerous flooded out roads. a section of interstate 20 was shut down after two semis were carried off the road. and a drone video gives us a bird's eye view of how widespread the flooding is and what residents are having to go through. >> we're dealing with the potential of up to 25 inches of rain when all is said and done. frankly, part of this is no one has ever experienced it. >> meanwhile, in east texas, major flooding has closed all roads in rust county due to

what a tough go. >> and bad and if not worse than we thought it would be. and here's the radar this morning. with torrential rain heading into eastern areas of texas and all the horrible flooding you just saw are the areas getting additional thunderstorms and tennessee, and flash flood warnings into southern illinois. historic flooding. everywhere in red is under flash flood warning and louisiana is under a flash flood emergency, literally telling people to stay where they are. 25 million people under the watch, 3.5 million under a warning. and heavy rain and storms continue on and off the next 48 hours. this is going to spread to the east. >> tense really couple of days for a lot of us. thanks very much.

sanders faced off last night, their fourth one on one debate and first since sanders' upset victory in michigan. the debate centered on immigration and for the first time clinton broke with the obama administration, vowing to not deport immigrants who haven't committed crimes. >> i do not have the same policy as the current administration does. i will not deport children. idr do not want to deport family members either. but of the undocumented people in our country, i do not want to see them deported. i want to see them on a path to citizenship. >> i happen to agree with president obama on many, many issues. i think he's done a great job as president of the united states. he's wrong on this issue of deportation. so, to answer your question, no, i will not deport children from
