footage from a homeowner here along the river. lets get right to that video and show you what happened. take a close look. you can see a car fall from the bridge- and splash into the river. from this video- you can clearly tell the car feel through- between the spansyou can't really tell from the video what kind of car it is. we just spoke with someone who saw the whole thing. he tell us it was some type of red s-u-v that went over. he says it was a very troubling sight- something he's never experienced, before.
