we begin with breaking news from kenosha where a standoff has just ended between police and a man who claimed to have a bomb. the tense situation began to morning at the johnson bank on 18th street and 27th avenue in the glenwood crossings shopping center. cbs 58's kate chappel join us live from the scene with the latest...kate? mike... the kenosha county tactical response team arrested that suspect just before 11-30.we watched it happen from right here as the man was loaded into a tactical unit. from here it looked like he was shirtless. you can see the area is still

and if you look just to the right of that truck... that's johnson bank where it happened. here's what we know.shortly after the bank opened this morning.. a man walked inside, handed employees a note - apparently 2 pages-- demanding money and threatening he was wearing a bomb vest... strapped underneath his clothes.at that time employees left the building leaving the man alone inside.i spoke with the bank president who says everyone got out safe.. no one was hurt. it's unclear if there were any customers in the bank at the time.you'll notice this is still an active scene... crime tape is still up blocking the shopping complex and i can see 18th st is still closed. well keep you updated as we learn more about the investigation. live in kenosha

a misdemeanor charge. after reaching out to the brewers this morning...a spokesman told us they're gathering information on what happened and will hold off on making a comment until they know more. milwaukee police are investigating two overnight shootings. a 45-year-old woman arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound....but police say her stories to hospital staff and police were not consi. consistent.also, a 34-year-old man was shot while walking to his home near 88th and capitol. a fr t a hospital.in both cases... police say they're looking for suspects. the weekend is upon us...and just in time...some gorgeous november weather. rebecca is here with your first look at ready weather...

cases after a woman was found chained inside a shipping container...the property owner faces a judge today...errol barnett has more.... the victim... who we will not identify... was found thursday morning, caged in a wooded area in rural south carolina.a sex crime investigator got a tip to investigate the property and heard the woman's pleas for help.spartanburg county sheriff chuck wright believes the victim spent ?months? inside a metal conta container.(sot: sheriff chuck wright / spartanburg county) "it was pretty emotional to say the least when she was found especially when she was chained like a dog she had a chain around her neck."police arrested the property owner... 45 year-old todd kohlhepp.the victim told investigators her captor may have had a hand in other missing persons cases.
