we n have ?survellence video? showing a robbery suspect running away... after shooting a customer inside a cricket wireless store in west allis. cbs 58's kyle aevermann joins us lie with a closer look at the video. kyle? the cricket wireless store re closed yesterday as police continued their investigation. take a look at the video of the suspect running away.west allis police say the suspect went to the store just before 7 wednesday night-armed with either a sawed off shot gun or a short barreled long gun, demanding money.at some point during the robbery- a customer was shot.the man then took off and you can see money flying from his pockets as he runs away.police describe him as a black man-between mid-teens and early 20s and about 6 feet tall. his hair is described dreadlocks recently unwoven or

the legal battle over brendan dassey appears to be over... for now. and the teen suspect depicted in the "making a murderer" series.. will stay behind bars... for now. there were half a dozen rulings and filings just in the past week.the latest decision came yesterday from the 7th circuit court of appeals. it over-ruled alower court that said dassey needed to be released by eight p-m today.gal leexperts tell us... while dassey's lawyers do have some options... they aren't likely to work.whicheans... dassey will likely stay in process comes to a close... that's when a final decision will be made on whether or not his conviction is overturned. 3 avery attorney kathleen zellner tweeted out this message last night... saying quote-- "do not desjust fight harder. every exoneration is the result of never ever quitting." 3 stay with cbs 58 as we continue to follow the legal ttle surrounding this case. 3 vandalism, broken windows, break - ins -- a milwaukee business owner says these things happen too often.it's

...but the request is causing controversy in city council. cbs 58's juliearise is live in the newsroom.she has the story. barber shop owner tony garnica says the city needs to do something to help protect south side residents -- and he has a group of city aldermen on his side. aldermen bob donovan, mark borkowski, tony zielinski and jose perez sent a letter to police chief ed flynn, asking him to deploy more officers to the city's south side.that letters not enough to protect the 220- thousand people who live in the area. common council president ashanti hamilto n blasted the aldermen for making that request. n a press release he called their letter divisive and irresponsiblebut tony garnica says -- the city needs to do something.
