y25egy y16fy . good morning and thank you for joining us. we have a look at the weather to start, ed. >> good morning. it is 7:00 and still we have about a half hour, 40 minutes away from the sunrise this morning. but we are expecting a few clouds to get us started this morning. all in all not a bad shot from downtown tampa, temperature now down to 68 degrees and still relatively mild this morning. the wind are steady, right now out of the north northeast around 8 miles an hour.

here, 50s to the north. look at the actual air temperatures, 66 in plant city, and brooksville with 63. going through the day, we'll see passing clouds through the day and it will be fairly breezy, gusty at times. tonight partly cloudy skies expected then a general mix of clouds and sunshine for tomorrow. not a bad weekend coming our wa looking dry. down the road, we have rain chances to talk about. on the campaign trail this morning, the race for the white house is entering its final three days. candidates are fighting hard for florida's 29 electoral votes. donald trump is in tampa today and hillary clinton will be in south florida.

and tomorrow mike pence will be in panama city. overnight trump added a new campaign stop in florida, back in the bay area on monday for a rally in sarasota. donald trump is turning his attention to tampa bay this morning, holding one of his final rallies at the state house. >> reporter: the gates opened an hour ago and these people you see behind me are still waiting to get in because they are not open yet. these people don't care about sleeping in on a saturday morning. they are out here to show their support for donald trump, saying things like, make america great again, and lock hillary clinton up. i'll give you a listen. of course this will be another

a teenager is accused of bringing a loaded gun to a hillsborough county high school. we are told investigators received a tip that he had a loaded gun in his backpack. that teen is now facing charges. a woman is facing charges after police say she mad a last year tonya white said she was assaulted in the middle of the neighborhood. officials now believe she was lying. >> no, i have no comment. i can't believe they're pressing charges against me because i was attacked. >> police say they have evidence you lied. >> i didn't lie.

slightly above average despite a cold front sliding through. it will be about 5 degrees cooler than yesterday. right now it's kind of hard to tell. we have a frontal boundary sliding through the area. there are showers on the east coast of florida this morning. the water vapor imagery, you can tell we have changes happening. lots of dry air and looks like that's going to stick around through next week, through election day then by the time we get to the end of the week, moisture starts to build up over the gulf and the southeast in advance of the next big weather system. this morning 63 for zephyrhills, 68 in tampa and 70s along coastal areas to the south. wind are light and breezes likely pick up through the day. expecting 10 to 15-mile-an-hour winds, getting stronger over the water.

air. this dry air is here to stay through the weekend and into early next week, this large area of red and orange indicating the drier air. moisture will start to pool ahead of the next system and this is encouraging because that will be our next children, looks to come late next morning, winds still fairly light. as we mentioned, breezes start to pick up. winds out of the northeast averaging 10 to 15 with occasional higher gusts over 20 miles an hour. winds get gusty over the water for today, choppy waters
