wide receiver mike evans is coming under some pretty heavy criticism on social media for protesting the election of donald trump by not standing for the national anthem before the game. we're joined now live from the stadium, so did the team have anything to say about this? >> well, the bucs did issue us a statement about that protest late last night but evans had a lot to say to our cameras after the game here. evans explained his controversial stand the game saying it was different than that of san francisco 49ers quarterback not standing to protest what he called oppression of african americans, and police brutality. >> he did that, i'm doing it for a different reason for how , you know, a reality star can, you know, be the president. that's not a good look for america, i don't think. i'm not going to stand for that. when they come out and says

. a baby and 2 others are dead after a shooting in jacksonville. investigators say 2 women, a man and the infant were in a car when they were shot shortly after another woman shed gunshot wound. investigators are trying to figure out if they're related. they're interviewing neighbors and witnesses in hopes of identifying a shooter and a motive in this case. this morning we're learning more about a shooting in east tampa. police were patrolling neighborhood in an unmarked cruiser when someone shot at them. investigators arrested mitchel and charged him with aggravated assault. police tell us he has a long criminal record

carjacking. an atv crash in polk county killed a 5-year old boy and injured his father. the crash happened as a 32-year old was riding in a strawberry field with his son. when he turned the vehicle the front tire support broke causing the atv to flip. the 5-year old was wearing a helmet but it did not save his life. today pinellas county officials will host a fraud awareness workshop. the workshop will help citizens identify potti it's happening from 9 this morning until noon the address is on you're screen. there will be a workshop every day this week and we have more times and locations for these workshops on wfla.com across america this morning firefighters across the southeast are battling wildfires in several states. fires are burning in georgia, tennessee, and north carolina. in georgia more than 20

hit some haze through the plant city brooksville and i-4. otherwise just some extra clouds and they're keeping us warmer than yesterday and saturday morning. 67 at 8 a.m. still cloudy with peeks of sunshine maybe a sprinkle at noon, and an afternoon high of 77. clouds out there. look at these temperatures, 63 bartow, 64 zephyrhills, 68 sarasota, anywhere from 2 to 8 degrees warmer right now than yesterday sell or sprinkles happening right now in pasco county out ahead of this approaching front. the clouds will hang tough and if you get a shower it will be quick and very light and i do bring the rain chance up to about 20% after lunchtime as the cold front actually does come through. the clouds will linger tonight but it will start to dry out and cool off. and the rest of the week very pleasant weather. we've got a few little areas
