avenue. single digits on the expressway. 19 minutes on 93 south as you approach the leverett connector. back to you. new hampshire becoming a big focus in the final days of the presidential race. >> gene: donald trump is in town today one day after his daughter was in the granite state. hillary clinton and one of his supporters will be campaigning in new hampshire every day between now and the election. our michael henrich is live in atkinson new hampshire where that trump raleigh will take place in a few hours pretty much a toss-up. >> reporter: polls are getting tighter and tighter, each time a new poll end up coming out. again new hampshire is looking like one of the centers of the political universe, and you should not expect that feeling to go away between now and tuesday. let's take a look at the latest polls just to see how tight this presidential race has gotten. this new poll is from suffolk university. came out just yesterday.

several hours last night and we know this was a very tough scene on 128 south last night. police say that this person was hit by one car and then hit by several others as they pass by. we will have video from the scene we want to show you now and in this video, we can see one of the cars that looked to be involved with some damage to the hood there. police say this person wasn't walking on the side of the road but was actually hit in the middle lane of 128 south. there was a huge response from police. they were out here for sev re-create the accident scene, as we said three lanes of the southbound side of 128 were closed last night as we did their initial investigation for several hours here last night. so a lot of questions about what exactly led up to this. we are working with state police this morning to learn more about who this victim is and what exactly they were doing on the side of the highway here. and we did just hear back from them. one quick update that the road reopened at 1:00 this morning ands in we learned more throughout the morning, we will

news. live in waltham, jessica reyes, fox25 news. and to dartmouth. two people are hospitalized after being struck by a car near the university of massachusetts campus. this happened just after 6:00 last night at the intersection of old westport and crossroads. police say the victims are 19 and 21-year-olds. the globe reports that both women are students at the school and working to get an update. and the driver remained on scene. police are investigating. the nalt er of a third school is facing charges but the gun did not belong to him. the 8-year-old brought the .25-caliber pistol, pulled it out of his back pack and showed it to several classmates. the boy thought it was a toy. he found the gun in a box that belonged to a relative. the relative's home had burned in a fire and the boy's family was holding on to some of their belongings. the parents of the boy's school were upset what happened.

eli whitney. once testimony is done, the jury will decide whether to sentence sampson to death. the mother of a u.s. amherst who died in a heroin overdose is suing the school saying they did not help her son find treatment for the addiction. police asked him to be an informant and take down dealers in 2013, he was found dead following an overdose. the mother told her about his addiction, his death could have been prevented. to fight back against sexual harassment to keep riders safe. teamed up with the rape crisis center and other groups. hundreds of signs have been posted and postcards handed out to help raise awareness. their goal is to improve passenger safety and encourage victims and riders to report incidents. >> one person victimized is one too many. many survivors of these assaults.hesitate to come
