bipolar depression which means he suffers from extreme mood swings a statement released by the mayo clinic today says the disorder is most likely caused by a complex set of environmental and genetic factors, and 2004 he underwent a procedure which can change how the body absorbs food nutrients and medicine. when we hear bipolar to it refers to people who have recurrent depression but their mania is that their highs are not as intense or as long. he says treatment options depend on the severity of the case and people with bipolar disorder have higher rates of substance abuse. in some cases some people with mood fluctuations find that using drugs at least in the short term

helps them deal and become more in control of their motions. congressman jackson's family has repeatedly said he is not being treated for addiction. initially few details were released on his condition and his whereabouts last week chicago alderman jackson said that she will get back to work. we hear on the ground are preparing for his eventual return, we don't know when that is going to be all we want his constituents to know that they are very much on his mind. he says of bipolar disorder can be controlled usually with most stabilizing medication but making the diagnosis can be difficult and this diagnosis often makes it worse. the mayo clinic says that
