also breaking right now -- milwaukee police are searching for suspects after a deadly hit and run from overnight. it happened near 91st and appleton deandra corinthios is live at the scene with the latest the victim is a 64 year old woman. paramedics did what they could to save her...but she died of her injuries at the scene here's some video of the scene at 91 st and appleton...shortly after 10 pm milwaukee police say the by a small black suv while she was trying to cross 91st street police say the suspect's car took off northbound on 91st. crews from both milwaukee and wauwatosa responded. the victim's name has not been released. police are searching for a suspect. live at 91st and appleton dc

deadly crash near whitewater. police say a driver ran a stop sign at county line road and highway 12-- and right into the path of a semi yesterday evening. a 48-year-old woman from fort atkinson died at the scene. the semi driver was not hurt in the crash. looking ahead --- a man charged in connection to a fatal fourth of july shooting is expected in court today. police say michael gayan was shot and killed in kenosha. police found his decomposing body weeks later. according to court documents -- donna matthews pulled the trig gun. family members say donna matthews used to date gayan -- and had been a victim of his abuse for years. derrick has been charged with first degree intentional homicide and expected to be in court around 9:45 today. the fallout continues surrounding the hall of fame game cancellation. football fans have brought a class action lawsuit against the n-f-l and the pro-football hall of fame. fans will be refunded their money for the ticket. but at

enough. the group includes two people from wisconsin-- they want to be reimbursed for travel, hotel and the time they took off work. the first preseason game for the packers is set for tonight --- that's if the weather hold off. and fans heading up to green bay will face new security measures at lambeau field. angelica is in the newsroom with details. security at lambeau is ready with the new addition of walk-through metal detectors at every gate. it's part of the n-f-l's new safety r at every stadium through out the league. this isn't the first time the packers have used metal detectors. the organization rolled them out last year using them only at the shopko gate, and the detectors were also used at family night. new this season... an express lane.. the packers say it will allow fans to get into the game quicker as long as they're not carrying any items. "the express lanes are meant if you only bring your keys and your cell phone to a game, you have no bags, no stadium seats or those types of things you can pull those out and you'll be
