a prayer vigil will be held today at all saints parish on 25th street. the public is welcome to come together in prayer as a response to the violent protests over the weekend. the vigil is scheduled for 6-30 tonight. representatives from 198 parishes in the archdiocese of milwaukee have been invited to attend. by police says they are still waiting for answers. 25-year-old jay anderson was killed by a wauwatosa police officer nearly two months ago. his fiance says they have a surprising connection to the death of sylville smith-- they personally know his brother. star delarosa says she knows exactly how smith's family is feeling. she says while the actions saturday night of some individuals are not justified, the communities' pain is. they both was murdered by a police officer, they both was murdered at a black officer at

milwaukee -- the most segregated major city in america. and we've looked into where that claim comes from. it turns out two different national studies using 20-10 census info determined milwaukee was the most segregated metro area in the country. the primary reason for that is actually outside the city. fewer than 9 percent of african- americans in the metro region...live in the suburbs. thats the lowest rate in america. riverworks is hoping a new north side development will blur the traditional boundary of holton street. is how do we create wealth and equity in our communities that people feel comfortable living with other ethnic groups? meanwhile -- u-w-m is scheduled to release an updated study next month. one of the researchers says the findings are very similar. the sherman park unrest isn't the first time protests in milwaukee have turned violent. nearly 50 years ago... people were

unarmed when he was shot, although police said they thought he was reaching for a weapon. the autopsy also revealed that o'neal did not have any drugs in his system. three officers were stripped of their police powers since the shooting. no other discipline has been announced. and the florida college student accused of a gruesome double murder, claimed he was here to protect people. 19-year old "austin harrouff" is charged with stabbing a couple, then biting the victim's face. it appears to have been a random attack. he was arrested monday night, less than an hour after he stormed out of a dinner with his police had to pull him off one of the victims. harouff's mother says he was acting strangely for days, and told her he had superpowers. she also said he had no history of mental illness...and wasn't a heavy drug user. donald trump has been entrusted with classified information about america's security. he had his first closed-door intelligence briefing yesterday after he met with his own national security advisers. trump and democratic presidential candidate hillary clinton are entitled to receive

nominees. trump's meeting was held at the f-b-i's new york office. his campaign said that new jersey governor chris christie...and lieutenant general michael flynn were also there. the briefings include classified information on threats like isis but it doesn't include covert action details. meanwhile -- clinton says trump shaking up his campaign staff will have little impact on his controversial political message. yesterday - trump announced he has a new campaign manager and chief executive. she says trump has shown a matter who he hires. this as a new poll released finds that latino voters trust the democratic presidential candidate more than her republican rival. the survey -- conducted by fox news latino -- found that 78-percent of latino voters believe that trump is neither honest nor trustworthy. some latinos polled believe the same about clinton ... but by a much smaller margin. one-percent of voters surveyed believed she could not be trusted.

and a ship that sank more than two hundred years ago has finally been found! a three member team discovering the 'washington' off the coast of oswego, new york wednesday. the washington sank during a storm in 18-03....carrying at least five people and and a cargo of merchandise including goods from india. all those aboard the washington died. the rare discovery of the ship marks the second oldest confirmed shipwreck in the great lakes. an amazing close encout they came face-to-face with some humpback whales, and it was all kayakers in canada. they came face-to-face with some humpback whales, and it was all caught on video. near read island in canada. the group was on a five day expedition...and heard a mother humpback and her calf were in the area...and they were right. and crews in connecticut had a different kind of encounter with nature.... some enfield paramedics saved a squirrel after it got its head stuck in a yogurt cup.... the rescue crew used a blanket to catch the frantic animal...but it managed to wiggle free the first but on try number two -- the paramedics were able to catch the squirrel and remove the cup and the little guy scurried away back into the woods. all anchors chat/toss to 6am
