watched by you-- the voter. but also by observers... who are tasked with making sure federal voting rights laws are followed. that includes observers with the wisconsin department of justice justice. julie collins is in the studio with more details - julie? the d-o-j began providing election integrity efforts in 2004. those efforts continued in the 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2014 general recall election. also watching the process - volunteer observers - some voters i talked to today found it odd. millions will cast their vote on tuesday. and, there are people watching. 'yeah, i did notice that, that was kind of weird.' poll observers are standing by - to make sure the process goes smoothly... 'i think if anything it can be intimidating and deter

feel different about voting. 'it was very strange it felt a lot more structured and it was kind of interesting.' also on hand - assistant attorney general, roy korte...hes one of many working with the milwaukee county district attorneys office...their job is to pay extra attention to make sure the process is happening safely.. and fairly. 'obviously were concerned with any delays or impediments to people being allowed to vote, or teams include a division of criminal investigation agent - they are added eyes and ears should any problems arise. 'the attorney generals office does have authority to bring actions to protect voting rights should that arise so were available should that happen.' and here in milwaukee -- so far - so good... 'from every one of our teams ive been talking to everything been going smoothly.' milwaukee police will have also teams from each district

republican candidate donald trump voted earlier today in manhattan with his wife an daughter. he was met by both cheers and boos but kept waving and posing for pictures. despite some polls showing trump trailing, mr trump said to fox news he believes most polls are phony. and today he says his campaign is checking out reports of fraud. meanwhile in wisconsin the campaign is calling supporters reminding them to vote. and local campaign spokespeople say they expect to deliver wisconsin for trump. i think we're going to see a big win for the state. i think we're going to deliver wisconsin for trump. the state hasn't gone republican in 32 years. we feel really good about our chances tonight. i think we're going to send ron johnson back to the senate and i think the american people want to send outsiders into fix what the washington insiders have created the campaign expects this to be

at the polling places, throughout the day. i always know, for waukesha county, its gonna be high. the last presidential election, we were at a little bit over 85 percent, so, im thinkin were gonna be in that same ballpark, this time. waukesha county clerk, kathleen novack, sums up the situation, here, with supporting evidence coming from st hartland, where a poll official tells me 174 people were waiting in-line, when the polls opened, at seven a-m., ready to add to the 2,269 absentee ballots which, also, need to be counted. what youre looking at, im told, is a slow stretch, despite the presence of dozens of voters. folks, here, tell me, along with the elections, they are

construction of a new pool and new auditorium at arrowhead high school. its very important. i mean, were a good, small community. we love each other, the kids that go to school, here, n, you know, we just gotta take care of our business, n state our voice. in waukesha, this frame park polling place has its voting booths busy, with what a pollster tells me is a fairly steady stream of voters, throughout much of the day. one voter takes a minute to encourage others to join the parade. it makes a difference. its your livelihood, and the next four years, is, you know, what you have to deal with, if you dont get out there, n put your vote, n make it count. indicating three, town of lisbon polling places, had run out of ballots. a town official tells fox 6, only 150 people were affected, and all have, subsequently, been able to vote. this is the latest, in waukesha county. im justin williams, fox
