now faces criminal charges for causing a deadly crash six kids were killed and many more were injured in the accident. nicole is in the newsroom with details. this morning chattanooga police say the school bus drive is cooperating with investigators. johnthony walker is being charged wit vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment, and reckless driving. the school bus was the only vehicle involved in the crash as it drove down a neighborhood street before hitting a tree. some children walked away from the crash... but it took hours to remove all those stuck inside... with more than twenty people being taken to the hospital. one child on the bus blaming the crash on the driver. mos says: "he wasn't paying attention. he was going real fast and he hit garbage bag. we then hit mailbox then flip over and hit a tree real

may face more charges as the investigation continues. officials say schools will be open today with counseling available for teachers and students.. breaking overnight -- a woman is rushed to the hospital after being hit by a car. it happened around 1-45 this morning near 23rd and lincoln. police say a 34-year-old woman ran out into the street and was hit by an oncoming car. police say the very serious. the driver did stay on scene...and is cooperating with investigators. milwaukee police make an arrest after an overnight stabbing. police responded to incident near 6th and reservoir around eleven last night. police say a 29-year-old man is recovering after being stabbed multiple times. a 50-year-old man is in custody. we're told the victim is in stable condition...and police continue to investigate. the hit-and-run driver charged in the death of a five year old girl will be in milwaukee county court today.

deandra corinthios is live from the courthouse with the latest sherman liddell is being held on 100 thousand dollars bond. he's charged with two felonies...and he'll be in court at 830 am. police say liddell was driving with a suspended license he hit 5 year old rickyia rick-eye-ah langham.the little girl was crossing the street in her neighborhood near fond du lac and hampton two weeks ago. she was on her way to church with her mom when an suv hit her. she not stop. surveillance video from a store captured the wanted vehicle...a porsche cayenne. later liddells girlfriend ...the owner of the suv ...reported her car stolen to milwaukee police. after police investigated her claims... she admitted liddell called her and told her to report the car stolen. shes now facing charges of her own. according to the criminal complaint, liddell admitted to authorities that he was driving his girlfriend's s-u-v, when ric-kyia langham darted into the street. that's when he hit her. liddell has seven prior

suspended license. reporting live in milwaukee deandra corinthios fox6 news a handful of deadly car crashes are under investigation. the latest taking place in fond du lac county last night. the sheriff's department says a 23-year-old man died after a head-on collision when one of the vehicles crossed the center line. he was not wearing a seat belt. three others have serious injuries. alcohol is not believed to be a factor...and the crash remains under and in bristol -- one person is dead after a serious rollover crash. it happened on 60th street a little after noon yesterday. sheriff's deputies say they're still trying to figure out why the car left the road. one person was throw from the car and later died. the other has been released from the hospital. waukesha county authorities are trying to figure out what caused a fatal crash in pewaukee. 17-year-old brielle beres was killed-- two others were hurt. the sheriff's office says beres was

when her car struck a pole. the two passengers are expected to recover. a federal court rules wisconsin's assembly and senate re-districting unconstitutional. angelica is here to explains what the ruling may mean for future elections. a three-judge panel tossed out maps drawn by republican lawmakers five years ago -- saying they violate the voting rights of democrats. attorneys for the state argued the districts simply reflect that wisconsin has been trending republican. but a dozen citizens sued over the redistricting last year -- arguing the bouna diluting voting power. attorney general brad schimel says the state plans to appeal the decision. meanwhile... the wisconsin supreme court will not appoint a "special master" to look into who leaked secret "john doe" documents to the guardian newspaper. the john doe probe was looking into governor scott walker's 20-12 recall campaign but courts have since shut it down. the state supreme court says attorney general brad schimel is free to launch his own investigation of the september leak. d-o-j is reviewing the court's

'oh! the whole building shook like it was an earthquake, i thought this building was coming down.' "i've been through several custody battles and i was upset. and in the situation i was in, i lashed out at someone who didn't deserve it." as you heard -- mckane says he was angry about a child custody battle and lashed out. 50-year old detective benjamin marconi was shot to death in his patrol car as he was writing a ticket in front of police headquarters sunday. a memorial has been set up outside the san antonio police station. o'hare international airport will wait until after the holiday to strike... the group announced that 500 workers at o'hare will strike starting next tuesday, november 29th. the workers say they want the public's support and wouldn't want to mess up anyone's holiday plans. a close call for some kids outside pittsburgh.
