looks good on 81 11, interstate 70, and no problems out of southern maryland. back to you. >> thank you. now to the child sex abuse scandal at penn state. we are hearing from the mother of one of the boys allegedly abused by jerry sandusky. jummy olabanji has this exclusive. >> good morning. the mother speaks about quarterback she said that her son suffered many years. he is one of eight young children and jerry sandusky has been charged with molesting over 16 years. according to the grand jury indictment of the victim in this case was repeatedly sexually assaulted inside jerry sandusky' home after he gave the boy gives including a golf cart and a computer and philadelphia eagles tickets and cash.

now to latest in the kidnapping of washington nationals catcher wilson ramos. fans are expected to gather at a national star tonight for a vigil. venezuelan authorities are conducting an intense search. armed men jumped out of a car and kidnapped him on monday. there's been no word from his captors. the 24-year-old was in venezuela plans for the winter league. yesterday the senate passed legislation to help unemployed veterans with government contractors. tax credits would be awarded to companies that hire veterans out of work at least six months. ben eisler is live at arlington national cemetery, with a preview of local events. >> there's a lot going on. the most widely publicized event is happening near arlington cemetery about 11:00 a.m.
