as you step out and about you need the rain gear. it will be off a and on throughout the day. we will get a few breaks in the action, but we are not going to see a lot of sunshine. so let's start off in montgomery county. we are looking at garfield manner, leightonsville and griffith park you are getting in on rain showers and howard county around columbia advantage point modern rain to the north of chriswood manor. so you will need the windshield wipers throughout the morning hours and we will start to it up again into the afternoon. but this is what temperatures look like right now in manchester. coming in at 49. temperatures are above average and emmittsburg. and head willing through the re- - heading through the remainder he of the day, clouds across the area around ten this morning and we will be at 62 by lunchtime. let's check the abc2 timesaver traffic with lauren cook.

>> reporter: good morning. we are off to a pretty rainy start. no delays here on 83 at york road. it will be clear as you make the push down to 695. and as we head over to harford county, this is 95 at route 152. northbound travel nice and clear up to cecil county and heading south, you are looking at a 10-minute ride from emmerton road to the beltway. as we look at other abc2 timesaver traffic crime times, no problems on -- drive times. no problems on the east side of the battle-- beltway. the west side is nice and calm. a 7 minute ride on the outer loop from 795 down to 70. megan over to you. the car hit them so hard it knocked them out of their shoes. a 15 and 13-year-old hit by a car and the driver never stopped. it happened in pasadena and police want to find the driver. linda so is here with more on the investigation but first how are the teens doing this

morning. >> reporter: the 13-year-old girl is out of the hospital. but the 15-year-old boy is in critical condition. this morning ies psh-- police are still look for the teens. they were walking on the side of the road when they were hit. it was a dark colored ford expedition say witnesses. the impact was so hard it caused front and end damage to the suv. one witness says the teens were hit so hard it knocked the shoes off them. those who live in mountain road say it's not a place people should be walking. >> mountain road is probably the most dangerous road i've seen. people fly up and down here. >> reporter: if you were there around 9:30 around alvin drive and have information that could help, call anne arundel county police. linda so, abc2 news. breaking news we brought

you on twitter a 16-year-old boy is in critical condition after being shot. police responded around 4 yesterday afternoon. the boy was taken to the hospital and remains in critical condition. police are working to find a suspect and a motive. you can find more details on twitter by following us at abc2 news hash tag gmm. police have identified thethe woman shot and killed in west baltimore friday. 42 years old and her name is tanya raymon. plight got a call of a shoot-- police got a call of a shooting at a home and they found two victims. she and another man were taken to the hospital and police don't have suspects or motive as of right now. we are waiting of the identity of a body found in a parking lot in davidsonville in a irish parking lot. they noticed a unresponsive woman in a car outside a bar and they say it looks like the person was overdozed.

police say the body is that of a 19-year-old baltimore teen who disappeared last week. we will keep you posted as we get more information. a home owner on back river neck road was clearing out the essex detached garage and found skeletal remains. the medical examiner's office is trying to find out who the person is and what happened to him or her. police say it's early in the investigation to say too much but they do say as of right now, foul play is not suspected. firefighters were busy with a huge fire in rosedale a fire broke out last night at the apartments on abigail drive. 6 to 7 units why burned, 19 adults and 3 children are sleeping somewhere else this morning. no word on how the fire started but they are going to look into a cause today. we don't know why, but we knowand arundel county -- shall know an anne arundel countyteacher has been reassigned and placed under

man being arrest and how he was treated by police. but many are questioning whether it was police brutality or necessary force. >> put your hands behind your back. >> guys, listen, i-- guys. guys. stop it. >> map back away. >> can i take him home? he is my-- ma'am, back away. >> can i take him home? he is my husband. >> reporter: the woman on the video is the man's wife and reported the incident. the arrest was uploaded to youtube and shows officers tasting the man a minute into the video an officer tries to handcuff him and things get questionable many you can see another officer repeatedly tasting him and kicking him in the head. rehobeth beach police are investigating this incident and police are not saying why the man was arrested but our sister station reports it stemmed from an incident last sunday at crosswinds motel a motel employee says she called police because the man would not leave the property and was using extreme profanity. she says the man appeared to be

first noticed online gang activity five years ago. he went as far as to say that prince george's county gangs used facebook and twitter to find out where students are skipping school and hanging out and they show up and recruit them. and in turn prosecutors are also rehe lying on social media to find evidence against gang members that commit crimes. time for news around the nation. we begin this morning in texas. kaufman county has seen the district attorney and his wife killed alongside with the assistant district attorney. now, former justice of peace is nd arrest. eric williams was arrested and booked yesterday after state and federal agents stormed his home. right now he is charged with making a terrorist threat and not the murders. police also spent the day sifting through his storage unit that could be connected to the case. they pulled a white four-door car and other items from a shed.
