police showed up torched a 20-year-old man laying on the ground. he was shot multiple times. she rushed him to the hospital and he died a short time later. witnesses say they saw two cars speed away after the shooting. they are trying to track down the cars. >> eric frein is facing new charges in part because of a letter he supposedly wrote to his parents. he is charged with two counts of terrorism. they found a letter on the computer intended for his mom and dad. he said he shot the troopers in the hopes of starting a revolution. prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty for the man charged with killing a state trooper and wounding another. mayor nutter is expected to testify on the hearing of the philadelphia gas works. mayor nutter supports the sale of the company to a private

company in connecticut. the mayor and business leaders have been scrambling to revive the deal. part of the money will boost the pension fund, but opponents say it could lead to rate hikes. incoming governor tom wolf is coming to philadelphia. he named drexel president john fry as chairman of his transition team. numbers for pennsylvania will have a deficit of $2 billion for the next year half. harrisburg needs more money to operate, but treasure said they are about to max out on the credit line. >> i believe fry has had a has a background as management consultant, you could see why he would be tabbed. what's happening in weather out there? >> reporter: the precipitation is off the coast.
