from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. it will be starting with the construction. stick with township line road. this will last through the year with water replacement. police are looking for a young woman wanted fore gunning down an 18-year-old man outside his house. katherine scott is live outside police headquarters with the latest. good morning catherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam that's right the search is on for the woman who police say shot and killed the 18-year-old man, detectives are investigating. this happened around midnight in north philadelphia, a number of 911 calls came in after the shots were fired. the victim was shot twice once in his chest and once in his abdomin. family members carried him inside the home after he was shot. when police arrived they rushed him to the hospital. he was unconscious and went into surgery. he was pronounced at 2:00 a.m.

the shooter had a fight with women on the block she returned with a general gun and other women. >> the shooter is described as a female, 18 to 20 years of age wearing jeans and seen north on foot on on the 1900 block of crosskey street. >> reporter: police have located private surveillance cameras in the area. it is uncareer if there is any footage that could help in the investigation. live at police headquarters, katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> philadelphia detectives are sorting out details on a double shooting in the city's logan section. they were found on north camack street. witnesses say they heard gunshots and the car speeding away. the men are in critical condition. and this story is

developing car fumes sicken seven people in southwest philadelphia overnight. it happened in the 2700 block of island avenue. firefighters found two people inside a row home overcome by fumes. we're told 69-year-old woman was unresponsive at the scene. a firefighter along with two children and two adults in the neighboring home got sick. officials say a car left running in the garage was to blame. >> donald trump was not surprisingly a big talker and big target in the first debate between the ten candidates who were invited. he talked about business practices and comments on illegal immigrants. he went on the attack. >> you called women you don't like, fat pigs, dogs, and slobs and disgusting animals. >> only rosie o'donnell. i've been challenged by so many

driver groped her when she was getting out of car. that driver has been terminated and charge with sexual battery. police are warning a south philadelphia neighborhood about a window washer up to dirt tricks. he is doing the cleaning without permission and demanding payment. this is happening around front and mccain street. most of the targets are elderly. 78-year-old joan donnelly said the man walked right into her house. >> i'm thinking who the hell is this he just walked in. >> leave our neighborhood alone, we don't need you to wash our windows, we can wash our own windows and leave the elderly alone. >> one person snapped this photo of the man, we are not identifying him because he has not been charged with a crime. though he is being questioned by police. >> students in south jersey will get extra time off during the pope's visit.
