quakertown and lehigh valley, we have problems with lane blockages, as well. in new jersey, 42 northbound between 55 and 295. three lanes blocked, tons of construction they are blocking the ramp from creek road to 42. tam. >> thank you, karen. a 13-year-old boy is dead he was part of a group of teens playing with a gun in a germantown home. the gun ended up going off and the child was shot in the face. annie mccormick is live at police headquarters with the full story. >> reporter: good morning, tamala, investigators are working this case trying to figure out exactly what happened early evening yesterday that led to the death of this young teenager. now, there are reports that a teenager did turn himself in with a family member. we are still waiting to hear more from homicide detectives. just before 5:30 p.m. police responded to the backyard of a property on east walnut lane,

there 13-year-old son was found shot in the face barely alive. >> words is unexplainable, he was too young to die, he don't deserve it. >> reporter: the teen died at the hospital. "action news" was there as his family processed the news. detectives and crime scene investigators focused their attention on the backyard where the young man was found it is believed he was with several friends. he may have been playing with the friends when the gun went off. >> it's the first time, i ever heard somebody got shot. >> reporter: there is expected to be a vigil in the neighborhood tonight at 35:30 p.m., we're hoping to hear from investigators today. reporting from outside the police round house, annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." >> new this morning, a man is

recovering from being shot in both legs, it happened on the 600 block of george street in norristown at 11:30 p.m. he is in serious, but stable condition. >> the search continues for a suspect wanted for the stabbing and holdup of a camden cab driver. we told you about this attack on "action news" yesterday morning. the driver remains in the hospital, he is expected to make a full recovery. police have released this surveillance video that shows the suspect squeezing out of a passenger window and running off after the cab crashed into a park car. his family said he crashed on purpose in hopes of getting help. details are emerging about the three terror itses who carried out the deadly suicide attack on tuesday. they blew themselves up where travelers have yet to be screened in the area killing 42

fallujah was the last major stronghold in western iraq. gas tax in the state of new jersey, if approved it would come up to 23 cents a gallon. the money would go to improving roads and bridges and mass transit. governor chris christie said the gas tax increase would come with a decrease in the sales tax from 7 to 6%, the decrease would be phased in over a year and half. >> you'll see 100-dollar increase per driver in the gas tax, 400 plus tax saves for the sales tax cut that's why we're doing it and that's why it's called tax fairness. >> the plan has been endorsed
