at other news a four-year-old boy is dead after drowning in the family pool. the child climbed out of the window, walked into the backyard and fell into the pool. when the parents saw that he was missing, they called police and officers found him in the pool. he was rushed to the hospital and died a short time later. police are investigating the sudden death of an 11-year-old boy. officers responded o the home on elston street. the boy's sister found him unresponsive earlier this evening. he was rushed to einstein medical center and was found dead a short time later. >> a judge is asking septa to end the strike for election day. jeanette reyes is in center city
