listen to me. we have a water main break, we've seen a lot of them. castor avenue at rhawn street, watch for those issues. >> breaking news, a fast-moving house fire injured athletes one person in delaware county. the broke out on the 3100 block of rodney street in upper chichester less than two hours ago. firefighters arrived to find flames shooting from the second floor of the home. when the action cam was there, smoke was pouring out. so far no word on the condition of the injured person. fire crews remain on the scene. also breaking, two people were treated for injuries at this fire in the parkside section. the began in the bedroom of a boarding house on girard avenue at 2:30 a.m. some of the water cruise to douse the flames iced up on the house posing an added danger to fire crews. two teens face charges for a brawl on septa line. transit police say violence is a

growing problem and it has to stop. jeanette reyes is live a the city hall with the reaction to the troubling trend. good morning, jennette. >> reporter: good morning, matt, this is anything but a rare occurrence at septa stations. it is the reason why septa police have beefed up their presence in the last three years. they say the latest brawl justifies and explains why. it is the second fight among teens in as many days. tuesday's brawl was caught on a cell phone. police say it started as a verbal dispute on the trolley line and escalated leading to dilworth park. things got violent when an 18-year-old and 14-year-old got involved. >> you have an 18-year-old drawing a knife and threatening the 14 and 15 year olds. >> reporter: both teens are charged with assault. chopper 6 hd was over head at bridge and pratt along the frankford line. the tussal de-escalated thanks

sandwich on north 6th street. store employees say the 22-year-old victim was sitting on a milk crate eating a sandwich. >> two males walked in with masks, both had guns and went up to the individual pointblank range and fired over 20 shots. >> the victim was pronounced ted did he hospital. detectives say the -- pronounced dead at the hospital. detectives say the two men took off. pennsylvania state police raided mountain view vineyards in monroe county. they found cameras in several rooms, but no signs that visitors were under surveillance. one of the owners had 1,000 clips of private recorded conversations. the defendants said they didn't know they were breaking state recording laws and they wanted
