bushkills fall to easton and tributaries like the lehigh river may run high today because the eisen the delaware river -- ice on the delaware river is starting to break up and forcing the water out, be careful up north for possible flooded roads for the weekend. we're getting milder a little bit of rain. i'll have the details coming up. >> reporter: on the roads we had huge jams last night because of ice because of a water main break along the boulevard at henry avenue. the water spilled down on to the boulevard extension and the lanes were blocked yesterday afternoon and evening commute. the good news this morning, all the lanes are reopened. the break has been patched along henry avenue. you're good to go on the boulevard extension. farther north we had a truck

meehan is the 5th member of congress to resign or abandoned re-election over personal indiscretion. a a man is in trial after shooting a police officer at pointblank range. edward archer is the man who shot jesse hartnett. he claims he did it in support of isis. he refused to enter a plea in the courtroom telling the judge i don't plea to anyone but allah. officer hartnett returned fire and subdued archer. philadelphia fire department will posthumously promote matt letourneau to captain today who died during a row home fire. trump will will create a
