"early today" starts right now. good morning. i'm dara brown. world wide reaction continues to pour in over the death of nancy reagan. the words used to describe her. loyal, devoted, shrewd, and protective. former president jimmy carter said she'll also be admired for her strength of conviction and livelong devotion to her husband. nancy reagan was totally devoted to president ragger. her strength of character and legendary particularly when tested by the attempted assassination and throughout his battles with alzheimer's. police reagan was fearly loyal to her beloved husband and that devotion was matched only by her devotion and from the president and first lady, in her long good-bye with president reagan she became a voice on behalf of millions of families going through the depleting aching rereal

reagan died peacefully in her sleep sunday. she was 94 years old. in her honor, flags have been ordered to fly at half-staff at the u.s. capitol and in california flowers are being left outside the reagan library where she'll be laid to rest alongside her husband. funeral plans have not yet been released. and now to the 2016 election. both candidates were quick to hit the ongoing water crisis in the city and didn't hold back on michigan governor rick snyder's role or his future. >> so i swrould a full investigation, determine who knew what when, and, yes, people should be fired. >> president sanders would fire anybody who knew about what happened. i believe the governor of this state should understand that his dereliction of duty was irresponse, he should resign. >> i

forecast. good morning to you, bill. >> good morning. we're forgetting about winter. springlike see nair yoechl temperatures are warming up, spring weather, flooding. we're going to have a mix of it all. they're going to be widely scattered severe storms. there are 15 million people at risk for the severe storms including wichita, dallas-ft. worth, san antonio, waco to san angelo. again, isolated tornados. the beggar threat today will be large hail and damaging winds. but tomorrow looks like greater threat of severe weather. we veefb an enhanced risk already issued from waco to san antonio to houston. 15 million people are at risk, a slight risk. the enhanced risk includes about 10 million people and this will include a greater chance of tornadoes later in the day. once we get past the severe weather threat, we're going to see a continuing weather. very high moisture content over louisiana, east texas, and arkansas. we have a really good chance of a significant flood event in
