happening now: milwaukee police are investigating a shooting near old world third street and wells-- in downtown milwaukee. police reopened the street-- and are moving out of the area. but we want to show you this video-- from just an hour ago. you can see several squad cars-- and tape blocking off the street. we know a 34 year old man was shot during an argument-- corner and flagged an officer. he's expected to survive. the gunman is still out there. nearly one week after the riots in sherman park -- there are signs of healing and progress... the hope is that will continue through the weekend. ann sterling is live with more. acts of kindness and generosity started hours after the riots.members of this community gathered here

is set to be torn down today. crews with heavy machinery recently demolished the o'reilly auto parts store near 35th and burleigh.federal investigators are offering a 10-thousand dollar reward for information leading to arrests. former green bay packer darren sharper will be sentenced for state rape charges later this month after being sentenced to 18-years in federal court. sharper pleaded guilty to drugging and raping nine women across four states.he still faces sentencing in las vegas and los angeles as well. breaking right now -- the fourth and final swimmer stuck in brazil -- is expected to come today.james feigan was in court in rio this morning -- his laywer says feigan will pay 10-thousand dollars and then leave brazil today. overnight, two other american swimmers made their way back to the u-s.hard to tell but they're inside this car heading to the airport in rio. they were allowed to leave after telling brazilian police they along with their olympic teammates feigan and ryan lochte made up a story about

happening right now -- a terrible bus crash in newark in new jersey.take a look at this one bus -- t bones another -- remember they're about an hour ahead of us there this happened just about a half hour ago -- about 6:30 local time.we are hearing the driver of one of the buses was killed. our n-b-c reporting multiple injuries -- at least 9 so far -- and several closures in the area. people are reportedly trapped inside the bus right now.they have stretchers lined up on the street for those victims as soon as they get off the bus.some people on board were able to walk away.no word on the extent of any injuries. the bus just cracked in half on the impact here.we'll stay on top of this and bring you
