incident free drive times are on time traffic is building on the interstate speeds are at or above posted brendan dassey is still locked up this morning... even after a federal judge ruled he should be released pending appeal. the state filed an emergency motion to keep him behind bars... and they're expecting a decision by this afternoon. brendan dassey and his uncle.. steven avery... were convicted for the 20-05 avery's conviction was overturned earlier this year. the probation officer handling this case...and dassey's lawer both denied our requests to reveal any new information. pete zervakis is heading to columbia county prison this morning -- we'll have more from him at 5-30. for complete coverage on the brendan dassey case, head to our website t-m-j-4 dot com. a milwaukee man driving on a

court for the first time, next week. sherman liddell was just charged in a hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a 5-year-old girl.liddell is accused of driving the s-u-v that struck rickyia langham on her way to church.liddell has been convicted of driving without a license seven times already.the milwaukee county d.a.'s office tells us state law actually eased the offense for driving on a suspended license to a municpal citation. because of this, these cases never show up on the county the owner of the vehicle, lasheba crowder, is also facing charges for reporting her car stolen after the incident. milwaukee police have arrested the 32-year-old man accused of shooting and killing kortni thornton and injuring another woman. the double shooting happened near 76-th and glenbrook monday night at the ridgewood apartments. police say the shooting stemmed from domestic for the first time... we're seeing what was happening ?inside one of the businesses

the sherman park uproar back in august... and investigators are now offering a big reward to find the people responsible for the damage.ann sterling joins us live with a look at that surveillance video the atf is now offering that big reward -- $10 thousand dollars.police say the group broke through windows to get inside the b-mo harris bank branch on fond du lac... come to your tv -- do you recognize the people in this surveillance video? it shows a who broke into the b-mo harris bank back in august.police believe they're part of the group that set the place on fire... the angry crowds took to the streets on august 13th to protest the shooting death of 23-year-old sylville smith. police say they broke into the bank during the uproar . before leaving, one of the suspects set something on fire. officials say that fire spread and caused approximately $1 million in damage.other businesses torched and damaged:the bp gas

thousands of people marched through streets in athens .. upset over u.s. foreign policy. the crowd, many of them hooded with clubs in hands, consisted partly of greek youth and left-wing groups. they held banners and placards reading quote "unwanted!" thinking about going on a diet before the holidays? new information this morning about the dangers of yo-yo dieting. a large new study found those who lost and then regained weight.. were over three times more likely to suffer sudden cardiac death.. than those whose weight stayed stable. weight cycling was also linked to a 66-percent higher risk of death fromea new information for women who suffer migraines. researchers analyzed over 9-hundred women who were being evaluated for heart disease. they found that those women who had a history of migraines were at an 83- percent higher risk of having a heart attack or stroke compared to women who did not have a migraines. we're getting a first look at some of the floats that be in the annual macy's thanksgiving day parade.check out the aloha
