was shot by a wauwatosa officer in june while sitting in his car. for months -- the family has called for the officer to be charged. saying body camera video shown to them did not match up with the officer's claim anderson was a threat. but first.. day five of the wisconsin recount -- and no major issues so far. six counties across the state have finished their work -- rikki mitchell is live from the milwaukee county recount things are going recount workers here took a break yesterday -- resuming counting this morning. today they are focusing on ballots from wauwatosa -- west

says in all -- they've counted close to 200,000 ballots so far -- and they are on track to finish by the december 12 deadline. they have found a few minor issues caused by human error -- but the clerk says there hasn't been any wide swinging result in one way or another. there was one case of voter fraud discovered in milwaukee county -- and it was referred to the district attorney for review. 22:50 there was one incident in one municipality where they discovered that a person did vote twice they voted absentee and in person and that may be the case that was referred to the district attorney 23:02 he says recount workers will stay tonight until those three municipalities are finished. coming up tonight at 5 -- we'll give you an update on waukesha county -- where they are now using a more efficient

reporting live in milwaukee rm today's tmj4. michigan has started its presidential election recount. a federal judge has ordered elections officials to meet a december 13th deadline. michigan's appeals court hear arguments tomorrow on a trump request to halt the recount. president-elect donald trump has named former presidential candidate doctor ben carson to his cabinet.doctor carson will serve as the secretary of housing and urban development. the retired neurosurgeon is the first african american pick for a cabinet-level post. storm team 4 now.. and the temperatures are finally matching the calendar..
