yeah, you've heard us say it over and over again about how crucial florida is to this election. but if you really want to understand which areas trump and clinton are fighting for hardest, all you have to do is pay attention to where they show up this week. on top of being here in pasco today... hillary clinton will also make stops in seminole and broward counties, so she's going to be all over the state. but the stops here and in seminole touch on the i-4 corridor...which is critical to the election. in fact, a new report from the associated press suggests the i-4 corridor could actually decide the election. that's huge, but no surprise, as the area is considered to be a bellwether---or predictor of how the state and the nation could go in the election. and with clinton and trump both neck-and-neck in the polls...with trump actually having a slight lead...both candidates will

were on probation or community control. officers did i-d checks and made sure all the information was up to date. each offender and predator received notice that the police were coming so they wouldn't have anything that would encourage kids visiting. there are around 850 sexual offenders and predators who live in tampa. starting this week you have a new way to dodge heavy rush hour traffic. a new ferry service will take its first trip as have a chance to jump on board. 10news reporter sarah hollenbeck is live in downtown st pete along 2nd avenue north. sarah, a lot people want to know just how long it will take to get from one downtown to the other? the trek across from here to tampa will take 50 minutes-- and you might be thinking, that's a long time! but think about the last time you tried to get to work in bumper to bumper traffic when there was an accident on the howard frankland or gandy....those days it could absolutely take longer than 50 minutes to commute

here's what you need to know before you ride: - tickets go on sale today -they're $10, kids $8, 3 and under free -you can bring your bike too for an extra $1 -the first public ride is friday -initially for the first few weeks it will run on weekends. -then it will expand to two trips a day, and 3 trips on saturdays. here's what i'm working to find out for you at 6-00. this service may not be around forever. this is a 6 month pilot program. what will happen after this 6 months, and how much it could cost you-- in tax dollars-- in 30 minutes. allison.... a ferry isn't the only new option for you to get around tampa bay. st. pete is now following tampa's lead..

10 hubs around the city. business owners downtown are hoping this connects them with the community more.. here's a map of the first 10 hubs. you can see they're along the waterfront and central avenue corridor. notice the hub off 2nd avenue near the st. pete museum. this is where the cross bay ferry terminal will be.. and that could ease things when it comes to congestion during rush hours. road warrior hilary zalla has been staying on top of this for us..

week can provide protection. this story may give your the chills this morning. one man is recovering this morning after he was hurt in a motorcycle crash in tennessee. it's this video right here that may make you emotional. he thought he wouldn't make it, so he took this video on himself laying on the ground, unable to move, saying goodbye to his loved ones. he was with his friend, riding down the dragon, a popular spot for rs the two collided. they were thrown 100 feet down a ditch, his friend was killed. he tried calling he tried calling 9-1-1, but he had no signal. it wasn't until 30 hours later, two people heard his small cries for help. he suffered from 12 broken ribs, punctured lungs,

exciting. the manatee viewing center in apollo beach opens today for the season! a lot of you have probably been here before.. the center in apollo beach opens for its 30th year. you can see where manatees gather to get away from colder waters. this is also where the rays you see at tropicana field go during the winter. some things you may notice. the pavillions and boardwalks have been expanded to allow more people to enjoy the views. the iconic rockefeller center year! this norwary spruce will come from a backyard in oneonta, new york. that's just west of albany. the tree will be lit during a ceremony on wednesday, november 30th. you may have seen this on your facebook newsfeed.. friends and family checking into standing rock, north dakota they probably aren't actually there.. but just sending a message. supporters of the pipeline protestors are "checking in" to

morning, here are some stories we are staying on top of for you. good news for commuters all over tampa bay. the cross bay ferry starts service this week.. with the maiden voyage this morning. city leaders will ride the ferry today with service for the public starting on friday. the service is 10 bucks each way.. but it will be free on monday, tuesday and wednesday during the week of thanksgiving. a six month pilot program will help determine if it's popular enough to expand. no sign this morning of a father who went missing on monday in the 38 year old william george morris took his three year old son out on a jetski. the boy was found on a small island by a someone who waited with him until deputies came. marine boats and aircraft were called in to help look for morris. both hillary and bill clinton will be campaigning in tampa bay today. hillary will be in dade city this afternoon and bill will be at the thomas "jet" jackson recreation center later tonight. clinton and her supporters are fighting back against the fbi's decision to examine thousands of emails...possibly connection to clinton's email controversy. donald trump continued to

owls are back in the wild this morning after they arrived at an animal center in wisconsin. they fell out of their nest and were found abandoned and starving. when staff members took them to the center, they both were taken in by a male foster owl that taught them to interact with other owls. the center cares for a variety of wild life birds. they encourage the public to bring in any injured animal so they can take care of them and eventually
