kropff. and i'm ian reitz. this morning-- an angry tampba the internet. adam james ignited his mike evans jersey after the wide reciever sat out the national anthem. 10 news reporter sarah hollenbeck is live at raymond james stadium. sarah, evans is taking a lot of heat this morning. why didn't he stand during the national anthem? evans says he's ticked about president elect donald trump's victory. he said this: "how can a reality star be the next president? that's not a good look for america and i won't stand for someone i don't believe in."

some fans didn't find evans actions funny, including adam james. he was at the game today and after learning of evans protest, james went home got his evans jersey out of the closet, and lit it on fire. you can see it here going up in flames in adam's grill. adam james explains mike evans actions were not only immature, but selfish. he was especially mad that evans sat out during the national anthem on veteran's appreciation day in a city with a large military population. james went on to say his father is a veteran, his step father a veteran and evans actions are intolerable. so, that guy's wife--- she wasn't too thrilled. i checked on social media and a lot of you are applauding his decision to burn evan's jersey-- saying we all need to respect our military and our nation. at 6- o'clock....what

stopping. ian... president-elect donald trump continues his transition to the donald trump continues his transition to the white house. on sunday mr.trump officially named republican party chairman reince priebus as his chief of staff. also -- former head of breitbart news, steve bannon, was named chief strategist and senior counselor. pr elect also gave his first post-election broadcast interview to "60 minutes". during the interview he appeared to soften his campaign promise to build a wall along the u-s mexico border. a family four, including a child, is recovering this morning after they were rescued from their burning boat off of coquina beach. that's just south of bradenton beach. this video is a little blurry, but you can see the flames and smoke coming from the boat. people who saw what happened said it was pretty scary. one boater and his family rode up to the fire to see

family yelled out to the burning boat telling them they had to jump off. eventually, the family members jump off and are pulled into the other boat. once everyone got onto the boat, law enforcement arrived to take care of the fire. thankfully, no one was hurt. as of right now, we don't know what caused the fire. hurricane matthew is long gone but its impact will be felt in haiti for years. the storm took and survivors now fear cholera. the u-n says 750-thousand people are in need life saving assistance. 10 news reporter isabel mascarenas explains how a water filter -- made using the same technology as used in kidney dialysis -- can save lives. 5 weeks since hurricane matthew hit and the need in haiti's southwest

sunday marked one year since the deadly terrorist attack in paris. one performer wanted to honor the lives of those killed. sting reopened the parisian concert hall this weekend. the singer asked for a moment of silence in french. area was reserved for survivors and the families of those who were killed there last year. sting also made a big announcement over the weekend. since his first pop-rock album in more than a decade is out, he will now have a world tour. it starts in vancouver in february. the three month tour includes north american, eurpoean, and u-k shows. the 65-year-old says he is a little deaf and wears reading glasses but he thinks he is doing pretty well. the walking dead, continues to be one of the
