slightly cooler overnight. we talk about falling back too. remember we change the clocks while you are sleeping tonight coming up. all right, we begin this morning with presidential politics with just three days left to get their message out, republican nominee donald trump is seemingly turning up the pressure on democratic opponent hillary clinton. >> sorboni: clinton holds a clear lead, the race has definitely tightened in the latest two weeks. according to the fox news electoral college map, four favor, parts of maine, ohio and utah all looking as if they will shift from battleground to lean republican. new hampshire, once a state thought to lean democrat, looks like it may turn red this election. with those moves, clinton drops below the 270 vote threshold needed to clinch the election on tuesday. of course they are all estimates of what voter also do. states of north carolina, arizona and florida that are pretty much up for grabs.

the man at that home has been arrested. so far only charged with aggravated domestic battery and the investigation is still in early stages. police have not released his name nor the name of the woman. a mother and her two young children killed last week by a speeding driver on mlk boulevard in tampa will be laid to rest later today. 9-year-old john burnel and 10-year-old sister says bell and his mother were driving home from church last wednesday when control and hit them head on. you can see how bad the crash was. pablo car tez was behind the wheel at the time. he and his 19-year-old passenger were also killed. visitation will be held for marillo and her two kids today at blunt and curry funeral home on south macdill that will happen between 2 and 4. the service will follow shortly thereafter. 72 more federal inmates mostly convicted of drug crimes

part of the obama clemency initiative. among those being released early are three men from the bay area. antonio lee als was sentenced to prison on two cocaine charges. his sentence has been reduced to 150. william demanci sentenced to 20 years in prison for selling cocaine in 2007 set to be released in march of next year and charles edwards williams of winter haven will escape his life sentence in march. he was sentenced back to 1992 for making meth. t that date, president obama has commuted 944 sentence, 344 of which were for life sentences. the accused driver in a deadly hit-and-run accident is facing up to 30 years in prison this morning. charles lewis is accused of h hitting and killing jessica ortero along state road 60 in lake wales as well as severely

investigators he was sorry. he said he drank four beers the night of that crash. he said he knew he hit something in that truck, but he didn't realize it was to two people. at a first appearance yesterday, the judge set his bond at 100,000 and ordered him to wear a gps monitoring device. a landlord is facing charges after he broke into one of his tenant's homes. he was wavrmd a gun when he broke into the home on thu he zip tied their wrists, took oxycondone bills and collectors items. even though he was wearing a ski mask the victims knew it was him and called police. he has since admitted to the crime. a construction worker in st. pete remains in serious condition this morning after coming into contact with a power line. the construction worker was carrying a metal gutter up a ladder on friday when it snagged the line and caused it to explode.

school bus driver in a deadly crash in baltimore did not have a valid commercial driver's license. officials say that chance chapelle did not have the required medical exam and the 67-year-old had a history of seizures according to his wife. he was taking medication for it when he had a different car accident about two years ago. he was killed when the school bus he was driving collided with a commuter bus tuesday. five other people were killed still trying to figure out what happened but they ano mechanical -- no mechanical issues were found. and governor christie planned to return to the campaign trail for trump today, but there has been a change of plans that occurred after a jury convicted two of chr christie's aide. they were found guilty of closing lanes on the george washington bridge in order to punish a mayor that refused to

a couple of shallow sprinkles. behind it drier air. i think you will notice more of the drier air as opposed to the cooler air. you will notice cooler son and dry on sky tower. a couple of tiny sprinkles on the east coast. those will glide south throughout the day and stay dry this afternoon tampa bay. dew points highest in sebring in the mid-60s. and moderate humidity values. to brooksville, ocala. that is the dry stuff that moves in throughout t on our dew point scale, the moderate range this morning through this afternoon, pushing that pleasant to even invigorating range. the winds are waiingt on the gusts that won't be around until late morning, midday. we have a gust to 22 in vero. if you have boating plans, tomorrow may be the better day as those winds are not quite as gusty. temperatures not as warm as yesterday, 87. we will hit 82 in tampa. 81 in brooksville.
