commission voted yesterday to approve a deal with uber and lyft... that will allow them to operate ?legally in the county. the drivers have agreed to stricter background checks... but they will ?not have to get fingerprinted. the drivers also have to get their cars inspected... and the companies can't charge ?more during natural disasters. the agreement is good... through ?next december. game on... for florida's seminole casinos. a judge just ruled they can ?keep their blackjack games. district judge robert hinkle sided with the tribe in it's year-long legal battle with the tribe... which operates the hard rock casino in tampa... has been at odds with governor scott over an exclusive deal they signed with the state to have ?exclusive use of table games. the blackjack provision of the deal expired in 2015, and both sides have since ?sued each other over it. the tribe claims the state ?broke the deal by allowing dog and horse tracks to use card games. yesterday, the judged sided with the tribe...and ruled it could keep blackjack for another ?14 years. it's not clear if the state
