into the water after a massive usage spill in town and cou country. a hillsborough county utilities contractor was installing a bypass when the pike broke. it happened on dane wood court. the raw usage spilled for three hours before it was capped. more than 200,000 gallons. not to fish, wa de in rocky creek or that area where the creek flows into the bay for the next cup of days. by the way, the tap water was not affected. >> a pinellas county deputy and using excessive force. it comes from this video of wayne wagner grabbing a woman and wrestling her to the ground and her head hit the concrete. the woman at some point faces felony charges. the case was frustrating but the video speaks for itself. the incident occurred march 25. deputy wagner recorded throwing paige taylor against a truck here. he later reported she shoved him and she was acting
