May 28, 2017 sermon at Immanuel Baptist in Tucumcari, NM.
In this message, we take note of the systematic injustice that the Sanhedrin leveled at Jesus Christ, and His three-fold response. This is a response that His church must mimic in the face of modern injustice. If we refuse to follow Him in this, we forfeit any right to think of ourselves as salt and light. That formula is summarized as:
1. Faith in the Providence of a sovereign God
2. Public, vocal denunciation of the injustice in the light of Scripture
3. The public application of God's Word as the only solution.
