The article discusses the concept of Cultural Education (Bildung) in G. W. F. Hegel (1770-1831), seeking to understand how the philosopher approaches education in his works. To this end, I analyze the Hegelian per-spective of solving the pedagogical problem, namely, “What is the best way to educate man?”, imposed on any educational project. Through a reading of texts from the Phenomenology of Spirit (1807), Discourses on Education (1808-1816), and Elements of the Philosophy of Right (1821), I aim to apprehend the concept of Cultural Education in its philosophical system.
