This is the discographical heritage of Robert Johannesson from Sweden. He once ran the website www.78opera.com, which is offline since about 2017. He sold records and had compiled discographies of singers, who recorded on shellack. These were free for everyone to download. I do not know if he is still living (e-mails were no longer answered), but I know that his singer’s discographies are a valuable source for me when I want to define the age of a recording. Of course not everything is complete, some discographies are fragmentary and mistakes are possible, but I like to keep his lifelong work living.
I offer the discographies for download without any changes just as I downloaded them in October 2016 and hope that they are usefull to other collectors as well as for me.
