Every person living in Denver needs good trash, recycling, and compost services. How the city prepared to expand those services for the residences they serve is an area of concern. While we hope the city is starting the year off strong with its new "pay-as-you-throw" program, this month's episode of "Ask the Auditor" shows the areas we looked at in our audit and we what will follow-up on in the future.
