Every year at the end of April the painting of a jumping frog magically appears on the cross-section of road at California State Highways 4 and 49 in Angels Camp to celebrate the upcoming Calaveras County Fair & Frog Jumping Jubilee.
This year, those involved decided to tell their story to John Hamilton of the Pine Tree. Take a listen, it's a story of small town pride and small town living that you won't want to miss.
When you come through the area, make sure to look out for the frog and take photo....from a safe distance of course. ;)
