Tim Burton art comes to Las Vegas in a way it’s never been experienced before! From Oct. 15, 2019 to Feb. 15, 2020, The Neon Museum hosts an exhibition of sculptural and digital installations that celebrate Tim Burton’s links to Las Vegas and the city’s neon heritage.
The Tim Burton Neon Museum Las Vegas exhibition, his first fine art display in nearly a decade, features new work as well as previously exhibited pieces. It is the first time his works have been incorporated into the host institution:
Tim Burton characters and original fine art come alive amongst the neon signs in the Neon Boneyard. There are nods to Tim Burton movies throughout including his 1996 film “Mars Attack!,” which prominently featured the museum’s landmark neon collection. He added his touch to “Brilliant!,’ the museum’s permanent projection mapping installation.
His vision has transformed the neon sign museum into a unique experience on the distinctive campus; if you didn’t know, you may think it was the Tim Burton Museum Las Vegas.
