RE: Unreadable and unplayable
Unfortunately, although we did test some of the files, it appears that the glitching and green artifacts you see present during playback in some of the files is from the copyright decryption process. The physical condition of the disc dumped was flawless and readable.
It appears that this disc may not have been dumped appropriately. That, or playback must be configured in a more advanced way using an open-source video player. BUP/VOD files are not easily readable in Windows by default.

Unreadable and unplayable
When I played the ISO, the data was glitched, choppy, and heavily corrupted, which tells me the disc that was ripped was in VERY POOR condition with scratches and marks. What's the point in playing this game if the disc is so corrupted and choppy that it makes the game unable to play? Either find and rip another disc that's in far better condition or look for it on eBay.
