Session 201: Fears of the Channel 

Summary: What is happening with this explorer is that the energy is being allowed to flow; bypassing the aspects. The consciousness of the channel being available, and witnessing is the method available to expand the conscious of the explorer.

Session 202: The Neutral State

Summary: The Friends describe the balanced state. Where the effort to produce a phenomena is canceled by the opposite objective. The warning that when one pursues their own interests for selfish reasons then the power of manifestation is destructive. This is allowed to happen but only to a small extent as the opposite is also created and the two will come together to nullify their effects.

Session 203: Remote Viewing

Summary: RV session. The Friends describe the contents of an envelope. A woman, a well and trees. There is a detailed description of the life of a woman. Unfortunately there is no response from Martin as to the accuracy of what Marie is saying.

Session 204: Use of Psychic Powers

Summary: The desire to prove psychic phenomena is coming from the future of possibilities where it already exists. In the current state of Earthly polarities, there is no way to activate one without activating the other. This is why you see both and the struggle for balance between them.

Session 205: Remote Viewing 

Summary: RV session. The Friends describe the picture in the envelope. Unfortunately no indication is given by the monitor if the description is correct.

Session 206: Remote Viewing

Summary: There is a lot of dead space until after 17:00 when the Friends are channeled. The question about can Marie remote view is answered by saying that Marie can do whatever she wants. If she wants to do remote viewing, then that is fine, but she has to have the intent. Indicating that Marie is not really interested in Remote Viewing. As for healing, Marie has the intent to heal so she will do that better. There is also the feeling of well-being she receives from doing healing. These are the necessary requirements for a successful outcome.

Session 207: The Third State; Knowing

Summary: The Friends discuss the difference of wisdom and knowledge. When you have done something you can speak from wisdom. When you have read an account then you have knowledge. But the only truth is an experience you have had.

Session 208: Channeling from the Mental Body of Imprisonment

Summary: There is an inherent limitation to channeling based on the words and the stream of consciousness which is also in words. The primary limitation is based on the polarity of the language, as this will add unintentional form and meaning to the subject being channeled.

Session 209: Wishful Thinking

Summary: Material reality is reinforced by beings seeing and acknowledging what is manifested. As of yet there exist aspects of the subconscious that has not manifested, the master, the mystic, the magician, and the products of wishful thinking. As a greater number of beings manifest and make these aspects a reality they will be acknowledged as a part of reality. Then these phenomenon will be normal. 

Session 210: Concepts

Summary: A concept is a group of words. An idea can contain many sentences. An idea can contain many concepts. The uncreated force gives the power to create. Anything created from the uncreated force can also create. The uncreated force is an idea that came from the creator. It has no intent and is free of the Earth plane.

Session 211: Duality World

Summary: There is a balance that is maintained on the physical plane which is fundamental to the nature of the rules of creation. This balance is flawed because in order to establish a standard you have to measure something in comparison. This establishes a spectrum of what is acceptable and what is not, a measure of good and bad. While this is necessary for the quality of material goods and establishing the norms of society, it does not apply in the understanding of uncreated energy.

Session 212: The Friends Share with Humanity

Summary: We are partners, neither greater nor lesser than you. We share with you information for those who want to expand their awareness. Information is provided and your role is to allow the information to balance with what you know. Your expansion is dependent on your ability to withdraw from the duality of the physical plane. Become the balanced observer and create out of neutrality with others of the same awareness and balance.

Session 213: Just Flow

Summary: The Friends discuss how separation is an illusion from their perspective because consciousness is one. Our perspective of separation is caused by automatic processes and projections place upon our being by others. To mature into a conscious being is to remove these illusions and consciously create the life and being you wish to become.

Session 214: Point of Awareness

Summary: The right and the left are separate entities. They have their own stability so they will exist even when you are no longer a part of them in creation. The only change that occurs is when they merge together. You have the ability to pull unto yourself enough uncreated energy to become a force unto yourself that will reach a point of awareness, knowing, that is able to be stable on its own. Then being able to merge with other energies to merge and create.

Session 215: Mystical interpretation of the Star of David

Summary: If you say you wish to have control then you are also saying that you have not had control. What you have not controlled is that you have observed your behavior. When you look back and judge your life you are taking your present awareness and observing previous behavior and judging. In your natural state you did not have sin, your Earthly energies are the aspects of sin. These are things you pass through and acquired as a part of the physical. Your true self does not contain any Earthly aspective emotion or thought dialogue.

Session 217: Mysticism as Foolishness

Summary: Man places religious and daydreams in the fanciful. This is thought of as separate from reality. It is normal to have dreams, be religious and so on but if it overflows into business life or regular life then you are seen as fanatical. Bringing under control the aspects of oneself. Once the aspect has been fed and nurtured it then will serve the soul essence. They become automatic.

Session 219: Marie Discusses the Mental State of Channeling

Summary: There are three states of consciousness that are brought into awareness through channeling; awareness of ideas, in between is passive acceptance C2, and nothingness. Typically a space where it is difficult to speak. An experience. In silence it is possible to have the full experience. Appears like C1 but the aspects are asleep. C2 is a secondary consciousness state. Like resonate tuning. Should take place with the mental and emotional body not engaged. For the third point on the triangle, a monitor has to be present to create a point. Of C1 so the second point is in C2 and the third point is Friends. The monitor makes the memory possible to relate the learning from Friends.

Session 220: The Energy Beyond Polarity

Summary: This session is a good discourse on the nature of channeling, the limitations of the material and what the benefits that are gained from channeling. This was the first session I was aware that the Friends described themselves as “the energy beyond polarity”.

Session 221: Way of the Observer

Summary: Martin states there is a synchronization between the “Course in Miracles” and the concepts the Friends are bringing forth. The Friends summarize the teachings they have passed on. Specifically the difficulty of discussing the concepts based on the Earth energies and the filters. All manifestation of the Earth plane is limited to duality. The conscious energy is the catalyst to manifestation. The current state of man is he is becoming aware that there are levels of reality that he is not aware. That the aspective personality, religion and duality have limiting consciousness applied to them. Limited in that the contradiction of duality are built into these understandings as a part of their being created on the Earth plane.

Session 222: Co-Creative Privilege

Summary: What is created has the power to create. The aspect that we create can create. Our attention is the energy that makes and grows an aspect. Consider your roles as a father or mother. If your attention is solely on a child, then other portions of your life no longer have attention. Such as prior to having the child you may have gone out with friends or hunted but now you spend that time with the child then the aspect of being social or a hunter is reduced. There are two types of aspects, those you consciously create and those imposed on you by others.

Session 223: Beyond Aspective Thinking

Summary: Martin reveals he has meditated on the teachings of the Friends. He finds it difficult to occupy the void and to reconcile the opposites of some ideas. The Friends explain in their usual style with a long answer that reveals a great deal about creation, the unification of all ideas and how to find this place within ourselves.

Session 224: Beyond Aspective Thinking, Part 2

Summary: This is a continuation from part 1. The creation of a new idea as an aspect is discussed in detail. Moving beyond aspective levels of consciousness. Aspects can create, they have their own energy field and form connections between each other and the physical body. Aspects are dependent on man for a body and attention for energy. An aspect is a thought form and can create a thought form.

Session 225: Beyond Aspects, Teacher and Student

Summary: This discusses the roles an aspect assumes to play a part in life. Again the demonstration is to move past these roles and identities to your true self. For from this true self the flow of creative energy is readily accessible.

Session 226: Marie Coble Demonstrates the Channeling Transition

Summary: I was pulled out of my forehead, I want to go off and play, explore other places. Teacher arrives, one wants to work, and one wants to play. How do you want to resolve the dichotomy? That they can be combined. The learning can be fun.

Session 227: Hypnogogia, the Transition

Summary: The Friends state that they have a goal of creating a new state of consciousness. Below they discuss how this is done and the reason for this work being hidden from common knowledge.

Session 228: Is all then not what it truly is?

Summary: In this session Rose, a child aspect of Marie's personality, has risen to the surface to explain the role of aspects in the overall plan Friends are employing. In the opinion of Rose, she sees the development of a new unified aspect which integrates all the aspective fragments of a person’s lifetime together. Rose says that aspects do not die they continue even after physical death. That for them, it is like being in a room and for a while they have the consciousness with them. Then consciousness moves on to another room and they remain being aware of the activities in the other rooms. That death is just another room for the consciousness to move into.

Session 229: Reality is a Movie

Summary: This is a short discussion on the interaction of energies on the physical plane. What conscious energy is. What one acquires or builds to be able to reach the level of knowing outside of the physical world and in that space know that they can return safely.

Session 230: Intent as Effect

Summary: By the time you figure out how to manifest you have no need to manifest. Out of desperation you will have despair. Out of abundance and gratitude; abundance.

Session 231: The Physical and Astral World; Your Focus, Your Reality

Summary: Marie recalls the process of being divided into several entities, a separation of her spirit from her aspects. She describes this place as an opportunity to experience pure uniqueness, pure consciousness. The essence of self has a finer resolution of vibrational energy.

Session 232: The Two Sides of Perception

Summary: Marie begins with a lesson being given to her about perception of the senses. There is the initial action of sensing the stimulus then the interpretation of the sense. Hearing a sound then the sound interpreted inside of your head. How the sound can then be associated with imagery and a vision of the action.
