Council will be asked to consider the policy questions at its Feb. 6, 2023 meeting. 7. Regular business a. Adopt Resolution accepting the project report, establishing the 2023 Pavement Management Project (4023-1000), approving plans and specifications, and authorizing advertisement for bids. 8.
