In 2020, Ryan Cheney released his first solo releases: an acoustic album called "Shelter," and a full-band EP, "The Lion." The records are a continuation of a music career that spans roughly half his 31 years on this planet. Most of that time has been spent as the frontman of St. Louis rock band Fivefold. And while Cheney has never shied away from singing his heart out in Fivefold and his former band Steeples, "Shelter" and "The Lion" promise to be the realest and rawest music he's done to date.
Additionally, Cheney gives us the latest on the recently reunited Fivefold. The band is planning to release a new album, following their 2020 single, "Dear Insecurity."
