David doesn't even look 16 here but Ricky is Pretty much the Ricky I remember. They apparently had Ricky frozen in time for several seasons.
This was Wednesday evening TV in our house 8 PM I think it was..
Nice show. Good episodes with little twists of irony here & there. I always wondered why David & Ricky (just like Beaver & Wally) shared a bedroom in a very huge house - which was updated about 5 seasons later.
Some HollyWassholes began claiming that (the late) Ozzie was a workaholic who was mean to the kids but that was revealed to be total bohunk by David who was the last of them to die in 2011. Ozzie produced his own show and he and his brother wrote it. This ticked off more than a few TV staff workers and created industrial animosity toward Ozzie. But Ozzie's show sold a lot of well paying advertising so ABC was powerless to bump the show. ABC had bills to pay!
David had the last word and I say "Good!"
