Following a Sunshine request for records, the Missouri Department of Mental Health (MODMH) has disclosed the affiliation agreement concluded between the Fulton State Hospital (FSH) and Westminster College (Fulton, Missouri). The Association for the Advancement of Civil Liberties (AACL) has requested clarification about certain specific complaints that were filed against the Fulton State Hospital (FSH) with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Joint Commission. The AACL has requested clarification about complaints that are a matter of public records and for which plaintiffs have authorized the HHS, the EEOC and the Joint Commission to initiate contact with the FSH. According to a Joint Commission letter dated April 23rd 2014, which was sent to Michael A. Ayele (a.k.a) W; twenty-one (21) standards related written complaints were filed with against the Fulton State Hospital (FSH) since April 24th 2011.
