This is a design with features, styling cues and components from many different mods I own all collected together into something I'm happy to use every day without fear of loss or damage. As for the print settings the best you can get with support and printed with the base of the mod sitting on the print bed, or the 510 connector won't sit well in its recess. The material choice is up to you, but remember the 510 may see some heat if you use low resistance builds so choose wisely. It can be a...

These are made to the exact dimensions of the original alloy doors with a 3mm viewing slot instead of the original 2mm one. The only bit I didn't do was the radius corners on the interior cut-away. If you have any issue with fitment of your print its probably needs some adjustment with scale or sandpaper on the final print. I did this so if you want play around with different colours and textures there is a starting point to have a go, feel free, but please link/post your makes Cheers Steve

Logitech C270 pictured. I was looking for a good field of view with a cam that's not in the way for the Creator Pro. This will likely work with other printers of similar design. You will need M3 bolts and nuts(45mm long M3 bolt for the arm mount). I used Gorilla double sided tape to attach to the printer. This makes solid attachment without drilling. The cam distance is adjustable and the arm swings up out of the way. The ArmV2 was printed upright with support and a raft on my CR10. It can be...

Cheap power distribution board. I updated this file. The positive symbol is extruded through the body making it easier to see. You will need to use support on the top. I found the board on eBay and designed the case around it. I will be using it for LED lights and fans in my enclosure. You will need M3 screws and nuts for mounting. Having an assortment is a good thing to have around. You would need to mount the base and PCB board first. Then screw on the cover (Optional). At this point, you are...

Stay on your print by following with the Z axis. This mount is fully adjustable. There are 3 different options for cameras: Logitec C270 (720p), Logitec C910, and a blank mount that an existing cam mount can be attached to. I designed this mount for the CR10s and it mounts to the Y stepper pulley cover. I use the cam with an OctoPi. This will work on other printers depending on how the stepper is mounted. The additional weight is on the Z steppers which only makes slight movements at the time...

For physical therapy. My father has frozen shoulder in both shoulders. This is designed to allow him to use his finders to assist in raising his arms. It is scaled for someone with large hands. It can be scaled down but all parts need to be scaled evenly. I printed the ladder in 3 parts which snap together and 2 individual ends that also snap in place. If you print this, you will need a large print bed. I printed this one on a CR10s. Ver 1 did not have the additional mounting option. I posted...

I designed this for my filament dry box, electronics storage, and gun safe. The threads are fitted a little loose and work great. This requires silica gel desiccant beads, they can be found in bulk online. I like the color changing desiccant, it lets you know when it's time to recharge. I printed this without supports on either part and low infill seems to work fine. Some printers may work better using support. Printed on Flashforge Creator Pro Update: added Step file

Logitech 1080p C910 camera mount for 42mm stepper motor mount. Designed for the CR10s but could fit other printers. You will need some longer M3 screws and a M3 screw and nut for the cam. I designed this to keep the control box for my CR10 from overheating in an enclosure. I printed the CR10 legs to be able to set the control box under the printer. This is an intake to pull fresh (cool) air from underneath the enclosure. It is designed to install a 120mm fan (air flow direction is critical). The fan works as a booster. The CR10 control box gets cold air from the vents on the left side of the box. The 2 case mounted internal fans are exhaust fans. I am using an all-metal computer...

Create Tumblers Like This I built this for my wife. It's called a tumbler rotisserie. The lid uses m3 screws with no drilling. You will need small, half-inch long wood screws for the base. The PVC pipe is half-inch, I used threaded adapters to enable the changing of the extensions for different size cups. You can use pool noodles or small Nerf footballs to mount the cups. There are a lot of youtube videos out there on how to build and use them. I used an inexpensive extension cord from a local...

This is a model of the mini-nuke from the Fallout video games. Two upper caps are available to make the model into a container or a pen/pencil holder. The models are provided in STL format. Using CURA, the native scale of the STL files print a model that should be about 7 inches (~17cm) long. I used reference images from the game to design the models, and made a few changes. I flared out the fins to make them look cooler. The lower end was extended and connected to the inner ring of the fin...

A friend of mine just bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. It was missing three of the four roof rail fillers/ mounting hardware covers right from the lot. This is my solution. Probably will fit other years and models that share the same rail. This is a mount for our intake servos, which are Vex 393's. We wanted them to be in a specific place on the robot, so we design some very snug mounts that allow us to mount them to rev extrusion. Have a good season! - Team 8417

This is to be imported to Google Sketchup, and can be modified to be anything you need. Since it already has the Tetrix screw holes(Sorry, no axle holes :P), you can make this into a phone holder, a multi sensor holder, or anything else you can come up with. -Team 8417

This is a miniature and printable version of the FTC field this year, Velocity Vortex. I included some corner pieces to the field. We have 12 inch by 1 inch plexi-glass pieces that we are using to create a perimeter for the field by slipping them into the corner pieces. You could also use cardboard, or some other semi rigid material. Also worthy to note, we use a blue and red ball(two balls, one red, one blue) from an NXT kit for the cap balls. They are nearly the perfect size. We are also...

This is a dual spool. There are two files. You can print one of each and screw one on top of the other so you have two spools, and that allows you to have a linear slide that's powered to move in and out. Have a good season! - Team 8417

This is a phone mount to use with a Moto G4, which mounts on Rev extrusion. The USB stays in place, and the phone slides down and falls into perfect position. Note: The USB support only works with the cable that was included with the Rev hub from the FIRST storefront. Edit 10/15/2018 - Now included the .sldprt files so teams can easily edit it Have a good season! - Team 8417

This is a relic claw that is molded around the relic. If you want to use with a build system that isn't Rev, you'll have to make your own adapter piece. It's a small piece, and is relatively easy to design and print. We based the design off a claw we saw here on thingiverse, but we made some notably different decisions in design. We wanted to have a claw that printed flat, and that wouldn't break. We couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't break, so we made a piece that connects the claw to your...

This is a piece that fits onto a tetrix motor collar, and can then be screwed onto a AndyMark stealth wheel. Earlier in the season, we were using BaneBots 4:1 gearboxes, and we had to use thicker axles. We ordered non-Tetrix compatible wheels, and this piece allows us to still use these wheels -Team 8417

This is a basic Modern Robotics sensor holder for the Tetrix standardized pieces. There was another much like this, except this one can also be mounted on the inside of the channel, which is what our team needs. After Post Update 1 1/4/2017: One side of the mount was too long for it to accurately fit how I wanted it to. Fixed After Post Update 2 1/4/2017: I accidentally saved as "all selected geometry" and didn't have any selected, which led to an empty STL file. Fixed

I wanted to create my own phone holder case, and I incorporated all the things I wanted in one. Including a way to turn off the phone without the risk of something else doing it, and having mounting holes on two sides. I also wanted a secure way to hold the phone in that was easy to remove, hence the bolt. I may change/ improve that in the future. If you run into team #8417(From Kentucky), say hi! I hope you enjoy this. If you have any problems or suggestions, fell free to contact me with a PM...

I recently had an idea for a mini test bot to use with the Rev module. This has a couple different places for omni wheels on the front, and places to attach various sensors. There's also a place to mount a phone on the back. Note: I don't have this robot moving yet, because we have not yet received the Rev module with all the adapter cables from FIRST. Thus we are unable to use the modules because we can't connect a battery. WORK IN PROGRESS: More phone mounts coming. If you have any questions,...

I recently got a Quadcopter, a propel neutron. The controller was a derpy little rectangle, around 100mm by 50mm. Awkward to hold, so I made a gamepad style case to hold the controller while I'm flying.

These are long and short bearings to use with the Rev 5mm axle. It allows for bearings to be used without having to order any from rev, though they aren't as frictionless as the injection molded version Rev sells. Have a good season! - Team 8417
