ktvu's rob roth just arrived at the scene and joins us now with details. good afternoon, rob. >> tory, we are outside the westboro square shopping center. right now, there is police activity surrounding thebank of the west. we're not going to tell you much of that activity because we don't want to give away any police tactic. but our understanding is that at least police believe that at least one or more people are inside there, holding up the bank. now, a little while ago, witnesses told us this was maybe about 15 or 20 minutes ago, that they saw what they described as bank employees coming out and maybe two or three of them. we can see officers interviewing people. we can assume that they are either customers or bank employees. but police are around. the scene is still quite active. this happened probably about an hour, hour and 15 minutes ago. there are police officers here from south san francisco, from san bruno as well as the fbi. now, we also want to show you in our location here, this kind of borders gellard street. it has been blocked off. i can s
