ktvu's claudine wong is there. claudine, what's it doing to traffic? >> reporter: well, sal, it is backed up traffic quite a bit on the highway 4 connector. if you take a look you can see a long line of cars. highway patrol and firefighters basically took a chain saw and they cut off all the huge pieces so they could get traffic moving again. they're waiting for cal trans to come out and clean it up and get this to really back up and moving. it's really done its damage. i want to take you here where the tree basically toppled over. we assume it's the heavy rains. when it came down the highway patrol says a couple cars ran into it but no one was injured. they cut off the heavy branches and tossed everything to the side. if you take a look you can see what they tossed over to the side to get it out of the way of the roadway. at this time we're just waiting for cal trans to come out and clean it up. highway patrol watching the situation. again, state road 4 at the 80 interchange. this is 80 traffic moving okay here. if you're coming from state road 4, it
